Thanks for the feedback! The hotel is in the city, and is nearby popular tourist attractions, so it's surprising the driver did not know the location. Had he called the hotel, we would have directed him to find the place easily. Our housekeeping is done daily, so the hotel is always kept clean. We also have a common area with free tea and coffee, as we do not offer refreshments in the room.

Dear Eero, Pictures may differ based on the type of room that you had booked. But, all the pictures are actual photos of the rooms at our hotel. We are priced quite nominally for a hotel located close to the Fort area, and quick access to the shopping markets of Colombo.

The pictures are all actual photographs taken of the rooms. You must make sure that you cross reference the pictures against the actual room you reserved.
