"I booked the hotel whilst driving back from Italy to England, so literally half an hour before I arrived. At reception I asked for a table in the restaurant for that evening and was told it was fully booked, it was empty! I came back having been made to eat elsewhere and upon my return the restaurant had just two tables being used. I got a drink from the bar which was very expensive. "We stopped off for one night whilst travelling. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. Modern and clean. Comfortable bed and good shower room. No relaxing sitting in the bedroom but we spent a pleasant evening in the dining area downstairs. Min punt bacon and eggs were greasy and stodgy. But there was enough choice not to miss them. All in all recommend this place. "
