Extremely disappointed that when I modified my reservation my rate increased by $100.00 and both Expedia and the hotel would not honour my original rate. Ended up paying $299 instead of $199 for one night for a mediocre hotel. Will never book with Expedia again. Lesson learned.

The staff was amazing , everything was seamless.The only sore spot was the breakfast buffet , way too many guests and very little room to accommodate everyone. Lining up of for breakfast for 20 minutes,, is not anyone’s ideal scenario

We had a great stay here. The hotel was clean and beautiful. Everything looked new. And the free hot breakfast was really good, so many choices, eggs, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, croissants, sausage, home fries. The staff were all helpful and friendly. This hotel experience exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again.

Every single staff member we interacted with was friendly, extremely helpful, polite and so kind. "Going out of their way" is the norm for them and while the property is ideally located, clean, has all the amenities it is the staff who make this location so special. We are coming to ski to Blue Mountain every spring and it is our first staying in Holiday Inn Express & Suites. Although the hotel is further from the ski slopes but very clean, contemporary and beautiful interior room, comfortable beds, great breakfast (a lot of varieties), and very friendly and helpful staff.
