"We were very impressed!! We had originally booked our stay with Comfort Suites but when we arrived close to midnight after a 9 hour drive with children we noticed their AC was not working properly or at all. The elevator and phone system was broken, the room they offered was on the third floor. I am a senior with heart issues, arthritis, prosthetic hip and lower leg ankle. So we scrambled to find somewhere to stay last minute. The Hyatt Place was very professional, kind, welcoming and provided us with a lovely 6th floor room, great view, great a/c and phone system that works just fine. The breakfast is extraordinary. Now, wherever I go I will look for a Hyatt Place first. Such a truly fabulous experience !! Thank you!!"

"The staff was attuned to our needs. We got in late and had to leave early. There was an attendant at breakfast that made sure we were being helped if we needed anything. I drove from Minnesota to Florida and back to Minnesota with Make a Wish. We had several stops on our way. Aside from the Make a Wish Villa supplied for our little traveler, this was the best stay of our trip. "

"Stay was great. Staff was helpful, breakfast was good, hotel/room were clean, amenities were in great condition. Only disappointment was that there didn't seem to be any recycling cans around (at least none that I saw). And I was also disappointed that as a guest, the parking was so expensive given that we were no where near downtown, etc. But aside from that, enjoyed the stay, it was in a super nice area and only about 10 minutes from downtown. I would stay here again."

"Road weary choice but the Brentwood was very comfortable, quiet and the cost was great! Hotel checkin staff was very friendly. The lobby looks dated but the rooms were very comfortable and clean! Very nice stay overnight!"
