Good hotel but a very slow restaurant service.
The rooms are neat & clean with good natural lighting. The breakfast at the restaurant however was not great as we had to wait for a long time for the food to be served. Poori & Idli had finished and took time to be replenished, dosa's took nearly 45 minutes to prepare. So the restaurant breakfast service has been rated poor.

In the middle of the most run down area
Rooms etc great. Serioysly not what is projected on websites. Sleazy area. Staff especially reception had bad attitude. The room service staff were not educated enough to have bad attitude!@

Clean and nice
I stayed for two nights in deluxe room, which had decent space for moving around. Also stay was at center of the city, rooms were clean and neat. Complimentary breakfast was good. On the whole worth the money spent.

Decent hotel, but high price
This hotel is generally ok, and fairly clean. But for the price we paid, I would have expected much cleaner sheets (there were some stains on ours) and better service. There was only 1 towel in the room (2 of us staying), and when we called to request another it did not arrive and we had to go downstairs to request it. The bathroom was very clean, although the tap on the sink leaked quite a lot when used, and no shower cubicle or curtain so after shower water was everywhere.

Just What I Needed
The staff were helpful. The location is in a busy part of town, near a big bus station. There is also a mall within walking distance (long walk). The breakfast was delicious. Good value for your money. Could it be better? Yes. But, you're not paying anywhere near top-dollar, so no problem at all.

Bit of disappointment
This being my second visit to this hotel I was in for a big disappointment. Check in was smooth but no water or towels in the room - cleanliness was good - comfortable bed - central location but disappointed with poor service - also there was a revised cost upward of around 60 INR between the quotes during reservation and actual charge

Reliable service, great stay.
Decent place with clean rooms, and basic amenities (wifi, breakfast). Rooms looked new. Service was good. Staff had very good attitude towards customers. Near shopping areas.

Youtube, Netflix is blocked
Friendly service and folks even help out with printouts etc. The only downside was youtube, netflix was blocked and this wasn't specified in Expedia before reservation.

Clean hotel
The checkin process and check out was smooth. Hotel is pretty clean. Good for business, solo travel and probably a small family. Location is close to Gandhipuram bus stand. Overall pretty happy with stay. Free Wifi did not work.

For the price you pay the stay could be categorized as comfortable. We were three people in a delux room. An extra bed was requested and what came as an extra bed was very thin and uncomfortable. The pillows are hard and thick which caused neck pain. There is only local cable TV, this means that majority of channels are regional and the reception and clarity is very bad. The cups are plastic which is considered bad for coffee or tea.
