The young man working in the office had a very positive and great attitude. Nowhere in the description did it say this ia a Motel, had we kniwn we would not have booked it. Especially not for that price.

The bed was awesome, plenty of pillows, very comfortable. The in room amenities were awesome and well stocked with coffee. Plenty of hang up area for clothes. I loved the soap scent. They need to upgrade the carpet. The carpet was stained and old looking. Because everything else was great the carpet really didn’t bother me. Also it was kind of weird that the office was only open from 11am-7pm. But check out was easy and when I did go in the office someone was there right away to help me. All in all nice place to stay.

Older motel but very clean and well maintained. Ben at the front desk was excellent. Limited time office is staffed during winter months, but Ben had everything lined out so no worries for us. Everything we would need was in our room. Only concern was extra cost for parking. Agree it should be included in the cost. Felt like the low cost airplanes where you have to pay for everything. I can see the extra cost for pets as not everyone has a pet and it could result in extra cleaning, however every person will arrive in a car so why charge extra? Parking is very tight, so no trailers. But would definitely give it a 10!

We had a room adjacent to the laundry room. There was an incessant loud high-pitched electronic buzzing through the walls that kept us awake most of the night. We could not request a room change since the staff decide to close the lobby 2 hours earlier than advertised at 7pm instead of 9pm. Other than that it was just a kind of a dreary motel room, kinda what you would expect. It was clean though.
