I would not rather say. All I can say is we will never stay in that DUMP AGAIN. LA Quinta name but definitely not like other La Quinta we stayed on before . Needs to be torn down . Roaches and room stinked like someone smoked it in . I had to go buy my own toilet paper the ones they had already on our room was nearly empty and than they just bring you one roll. As fas as breakfast watered down OJ and some Indian guy just sitting behind front desk not even offering breakfast well if you call waffles for breakfast . Never again.. DON'T BOOK WITH THEM .. CABLE STATIONS 3 TO 4 CHANNELS DID NOT EVEN WORK . JUST NASTY AND STINKY ..

Some of the lights were not working, no instruction on how to setup TV. Air conditioning smelly, bathroom is dirty, roaches everywhere, price is high for the value.

My acc was not working properly and I complained 3 times to front desk and they did absolutely morning To move me to another room. They don't care about their guests. Spend your money somewhere else.

The staff was rude, the ac in the room didnt work properly we requested for house keepong to clean the room and change the sheets and it was not done our room was dirty when we went to the front desk to see why it wasnt done was told we have no clean sheets. When we went to check out i tried speaking to the cleark about the roomhe was rude and had me a note book and said if yiu have a complaint you can put it in the book but Im not listening to your complaint. So i wrote it in the book.will not be staying there again.

The peep hole in our room was broken, I guess, and had a paper towel stuffed into it. Our phone didn’t work, and I told the front desk about it, no one came to fix it. Asked for an extra blanket, was given a stained one. Hair dryer wouldn’t work, asked for a new one twice. Had a wedding I had to get my hair ready for, I politely asked foh if I could get one asap and no luck, I luckily fixed it in the end. Iron was very dirty. Coffee pot was very dirty as well. Roaches in the bathroom. Very disappointed and disgusted with our stay.

I was supposed to be in a non smoking room and the room was so badly smoked damaged. It has smoke stains on the wall. German roaches. Carpet was sticky and just disgusting. Breakfast is cold cereal and a waffle. Coffee looks like mud. Signs everywhere to no bringing food to the rooms. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

My stay was bad from the time i got in the room. During my walk thru i found roaches under the towels in the bathroom and crawling on the walls in the room. I move to the beds and pull back the sheets and they have stains on them. I called the front desk to aks for extra sheets and they told me they dont give out extra sheet and that what we have in the room is whats we get. Later that evening my niece is getting bit by fleas in the bed. You can see the roach droppings and eggs on the furniture in the room.

Better off in your car!
Dirty room, sheets and blankets that we had to ask for. No phone in room to call front desk. People in parking lot all hours of night. Staff was nice, but hotel needs to be torn down or totally remodeled. Only stayed because we arrived late for our reservation. The room was cheap. You get what you pay for. Do not recommend!!!

It is cheap but you get what you pay for
The maid knocked on my door on my last day at 7:50a to ensure I was checking-out, even though the do not disturb was clearly displayed. Either stupid or ignorant, not sure which. Two mornings I had people knocking on my door/window looking for some guy, both before 8am. Bathtub was disgusting, sink leaked underneath, not once did I get housekeeping over a one-week period, pool was closed the whole time, the hotel is difficult to get to off of the highway and the highway noise was quite loud.

very disappointed
check in was ok...dropped my stuff in my room and left... when I returned to my room later my card key would not work... after 2 trips to the office still cound not get in my room... after 30 mins of staff and mgmt trying to open/reset the door lock still nothing...after my suggestion of checking the batteries they decided to.. turns out the contact plate was not making contact to the batteries in the locking mech... so after almost 40 mins I asked to move to another room but was told "I should be ok" wellonce in the room I find out the TV doesn't work... so they finally decided to just give me another room... I'm suprised that La Quinta would put their name on this building... obvously an old Motel ^ or such.... just sad.. should have spent a little more and stayed at the Hampton Inn nexr door...

The manager is rude as hell! We stayed there a while and they never came in to clean the room. They have complimentary breakfast sometimes lol. Sometimes its waffles and sometimes its just toast with no butter. There is a lot of shady stuff that goes on there like drug busts. Dont be fooled by the pictures, this is not what the rooms look like, the rugs are old dark and stained, the curtains have holes in them, the lamp shades are busted, there are busted holes in the closet door. We found black mold growing in the sink drain. The tub was like semi clogged, and we had to pull someone elses hair out of it before we could use it. The only person who was awesome there was Ken, the rest of the workers were mediocre at best. No one knew anything about proper customer service from the very beginning except Ken. I personally know all they clean the rooms with is a little bleach in the toilet and water on the mirrors and they run the vaccum over the rugs and change the sheets. They dont use proper cleaning supplies on anything else which is why its so yuck there. They run out of toilet paper on a business level. So if you need a roll of tp, they will be like sorry we are out. They dont order supplies properly to maintain business. Basically the business is falling apart and is close to shutting down or just needs to go ahead and shut down already. Our first few days i mentioned there was roaches, and they blamed me, then i got handed a can of bug spray? like omg!

Disgusting and terrible place to stay. Pictures don’t match. Rooms dirty and half the things don’t work. Front desk staff was nice but they couldn’t do anything about the state of the place that’s the owners responsibility.

Good little spot for our family. The staff was very friendly. The cops were in the area that was a little unsettling but nothing to big of a deal. All in all it was a good experience.
