Booked 2 rooms for 4 nights. From non-working lights, missing towel bars, broken hair dryers, dirty tubs, to being completely locked out of one room and mice in the other, this hotel was a disaster. Since I booked through Expedia, manager said I’d need to get a refund from them. I contacted Expedia, Expedia contacted the manager, and manager refused to refund anything more than one room for one night. Never again!

The Red Roof Inn was acceptable in quality and cleanliness. It is an older property in a near highway location without a lot of charm but again, acceptable for the price and location. The breakfast was pretty basic and could be improved upon. But overall, we were pleasantly surprised that this Red Roof Inn was a good value and served us well.

I was there from Thursday 25th to Sunday 28th of April they never cleaned the room and asked front desk person to send someone to clean it on Saturday 27th and didn’t clean it,breakfast has nothing hot,area was ok

The worst hotel ever. The room was so dirty, that I’ve checked out in 10 minutes after checking in. Didn’t care about refund but I just couldn’t stay in the dirty room. Stains everywhere. (Bed, towels, and carpet)
