The staff here is amazing! They made our stay enjoyable under stressful circumstances. 2 blocks from Cleveland Clinic and the shuttle makes transportation back and forth convenient and reliable.

so convenient to walk to our appts at the clinic/hospital. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and I love the Dove products in bathroom. Housekeeping does a fantastic job. I have to recognize Jeremy at the registration desk. He is so warm and friendly. To have him greet people when they are here under stressful conditions, for the most part, is a wonderful thing.

The closeness to the hospital, the Valet service was fantastic, and any food we ate was very good. The phones in the room didn't work, but I think that was a problem for most of the rooms, after speaking with other guests.

Rooms and restaurant were in immaculate condition. Surprisingly the lobby furniture was pretty beat. Service was excellent.

The hotel is incredibly convenient to the Cleveland Clinic. The front staff and valet parking attendants were friendly when checking in. Only one of the four elevators seemed to be working while we were there and the bathroom was not clean. If it was not for the location, I would not go back.

The room are clean. The bed are so comfortable to sleep in. The housekeeping clean our room will were gone. Thank you! The only complain I have was the breakfast buffet. Food wasnt good. The eggs tasted weird. The pool and gym are cleaned. The valet people are nice. Staff are nice and friendly.

Valet parking adds more cost daily. It’s already expensive with inflation and to add extra costs is hard. Can’t you work out better parking options ?

I called several days in advance because I would be arriving later than expected. They assured me everything was taken care of, but when I arrived they said my reservation had been canceled because I had not shown up. The cafe staff did not know how to make coffee drinks listed on the menu (they asked me what a latte is). WiFi was flaky, I had to leave my room and go to the elevators to get connected a lot.

3' pool was disappointing. Food not great with the exception of burger. Limited happy hour choices. Friendly staff. Rooms very clean, but no one pays attention to what they place in showers, like shampoo.

This is the most responsive hotel I have ever stayed. Anything you needed was done immediately. And the food and the restaurant is not typical hotel food. It’s much much better!
