Personnel were professional and courteous. The property is nice, but seems a bit dated. The room was spacious and comfortable but seemed in need of some TLC. The food served for breakfast was good and the atmosphere was generally satisfactory.

When I realized I messed up my reservation on Expedia they called and the staff was super helpful. And kind. Only negative in our quick stay was the older lady manning the breakfast was so unpleasant. But overall a positive experience.

The property’s location was perfect for dining and shopping. A family member had surgery at the Cleveland Clinic and this was a great location to get there quickly. The room rate was the cheapest for that area. The property was older and needed some updating. There were bugs in the hallway and in our room. Breakfast was average at best.

I really liked the location and property. Very friendly staff ! I booked a room that did not have mini fridge and microwave. But front desk staff stored some food for us in their refrigerator. I was able to use the microwave in the lobby. Good breakfast. There was also chocolate milk for my son. All good.

Have stayed here several times and given excellent reviews...but this time our room had almost 3" of standing water in our tub when we first went into room...not sure why. ..regardless we were only there for 1 night so everything else was good.

This was our second stay here. Once again check in representative was very nice and personable. The room we got this time was very clean and comfortable as was our room the first time we stayed here. Breakfast set up was great and easy to grab something to eat with a variety of foods including scrambled eggs and sausage. There was also a a waffle maker, bagels and more. Food area was very clean and attendant right there if you need anything. We go to the Cleveland Clinic a lot and since we are from out of state it is nice to have a comfortable place to lay your head for a night and for a great price ! Just booked another night. Just want to say the staff is doing a GREAT job !

We liked our room...clean...nice... comfortable bed with fluffy pillows. Everything in room worked as it should. Bathroom very clean and shower was hot in the morning. Stayed for 1 night. Morning breakfast had alot of options set up nicely with plenty of seating. Checkin person was very polite and personable. Had no issues staying here at all. We go to Cleveland Clinic alot and being from out of state we have tried several hotels.This is now my favorite and for a decent price.Will definitely be staying here again .
