"They didn’t have common SA known teas and served some cheap foreign black tea 😩 Their breakfast chefs seemed inexperienced and under trained. Overall excellent location for the hotel. They could also do with newer towels."

"Had a short stay but it was wonderful. Although we didn’t actually meet Lene she was a phone call away and was proactive. idnt see an iron or ironing board but i didn’t call Lene to find out either!"

Disappointment in Clarens
"Peaceful cottage with amazing mountain views spoilt by appalling check in from a rude and unapologetic management team. Thankfully access to the property , check in and check out was facilitated by Tommy from Kiara lodge"
