From saturday around 10:00 pm thru sunday light went off just in the hotel area so no a/c and complaint to the front desk and they inly answer was we are checking on it. But they did not offer nothing on behalf the situation

It is a very beautiful place. Very clean and quiet and the staff is very accommodating. The pool bar staff were the best. Very friendly and even remembered our names. The best drinks we ever had. Hands down. Will be staying here again.

Best breakfast ever

We were welcomed very cheerfully, all covid sanitation measures were seen and viewed correct. The room was great. The restaurant was the Star. The breakfast was incredible. Looking forward to another stay just to have the breakfast Buffett.

Paradise in Ciudad Victoria!

This is a wonderful hotel and pet friendly, which was a crucial decision in choosing this location. I wish I could have stayed a day or two more to enjoy all their benefits.

This is an older property, was probably the place in its hey day. Out of the way abit, does have a restaurant, the food is good! Breakfast is awesome! the staff are helpful and so happy!

Quiet and relaxing Resort.

I enjoyed my short stay. The restaurant was excellent and the complementary breakfast was superior. The resort architecture is definitely dated but that made it more interesting for me. Well worth the experience. Had to exercise my limited knowledge of Spanish, but everyone was helpful

No Dogs Allowed

This hotel used to be the only hotel in Cuidad Victoria that allowed pets. Unfortunately they have new owners that do not continue this policy. Too bad, because otherwise it's a fine hotel.

Las Mission Feuntes-LIARS

I admit that my overall rating of this hotel is somewhat colored by one experience there. Specifically, this hotel advertises in their website that they are pet friendly. As I was travelling with 2 dogs, I made a reservation based on this factor alone. Upon arrival, I was informed that the dogs could not stay in the room. I pulled up their website on my computer and showed them where they advertised as pet friendly. Initially, they denied this was their website, but after much back and forth admitted that it was their site, but the dogs still could not stay. I was furious and the dogs spent an unhappy night in the truck. Needless to say, this is NOT a pet friendly hotel. In fact, they are not even a people friendly hotel. My advice; avoid Las Mission as if they had the plague. The rooms were small and rather spartan. The food in the restaurant was mediocore. The staff was unfriendly and not helpful. Even without the dog experience, I would not stay their again. I give this one 2 thumbs down!!!

Buen hotel, distribución regular

Buen hotel, pero los 3 días que me hospede hubo evento, por lo tanto el hotel estuvo lleno y las habitaciones están hechas de tal manera que todo lo que el huésped contiguo hace se escucha muy fuerte, fue mala suerte que los 3 días me tocaran vecinos escandalosos, para mí no es adecuado para viajar en familia
