The hotel is okay, but the entrance was blocked by cars when we arrived and we had to wait a while to get out of the car. The room and service were good although the elevator was damaged and the room was far away.

El hotel es como lo esperaba de un hotel de cadena. Servicio estandarizado, el personal mucho muy amable. Las instalaciones bien. Un poco desactualizado pero completamente funcional. Cerca de donde tienes que ir. Una felicitación aparte al restaurante que por lo menos el desayuno es de muy buen sabor y bien servido. Excelente relación precio calidad

They do not tell you that the hotel is under remodeling when you make the reservation. Very noisy and inconvenient. Access to the room changes every night and they do not tell you. The signs showing the new access to your room are very poor or do not exist. It's up to you to find your way to your room.

Dear guest Eduardo, I would like to apologize for the terrible experience that you had at our hotel. Our hotel is being remodeled in order to offer a much nicer stay to our guests. The remodel information is posted in all of our pages and we try to inconvenience our guest very little. We had to make a pretty big change in the lobby floor that was not planned. The noice was done with yesterday and they are laying the tile today so there will be no more noise interruptions. We are sorry you had trouble finding your room. There really should have been no change since we were only working on the lobby. However we will take into consideration your comments to ensure that no other guest has to go through this again. We understand that you might not want to come back but we really hope you give us another change to show you the end result
Property was clean and comfortable, I was under the impression the breakfast was included and it was not.

Tale of 2 cities. Myself was treated nice (up until i wanted to extend my stay and was met with a deadpan no) and my wife was treated harshly. 3 different occasions the cleaning lady scolded her for not adjusting to the cleaning lady schedule... instead of being the other way around.
Billing at the restaurant was very creative. Service the first night wouldn't bring a menu for 30mins, many of times they tried to charge breakfast separately which was already included on the pre paid booking, or didn't honor prices presented on the menu. Shifty. Def never returning to this IHG property evem though I'm a gold IHG member

I am so sorry you had this experience at our hotel and that I was not aware of what happened. I sincerely apologize. The menus are posted on the room mirrors on QR codes we do not use paper menus for room service as a healthy measure that is why the meny you got had old prices. I am sincerely sorry to read that you won't be coming back to our hotel. And hope that in the future you will consider giving us another chance.

This hotel is deteriorated . The bathroom smells like sewage. The curtains are crumbling. The central air conditioner drips water. The walls need to be painted. The staff is not respectful. Breakfast is overpriced and of inconsistent quality. The waiters are loud, always joking. My experience was a nightmare. I didn't feel safe in this hotel.

It was nice, it would be good if they inform about the pool and amenities Even I din not have the time to really enjoy the hotel. I wold keep the i formation in mine for my next visit.

Nice property in good neighborhood
Nice property but showing some need of upkeep, especially at the pool. Pool water was a bit cloudy with some algae to accumulate on the walls. There was no staircase into the pool aside from the ladders making it difficult for some to enter the pool. Definitely felt the NEED to shower immediately after exiting pool due to skin itching.The restaurant and bar prices were at U.S. prices so I think they were excessive. The property is well located near restaurants and venues, especially Mr. Pampas Brazilian Rodizio.
Wonderful hotel that exceeds my expectations! Staff was super friendly! The hotel itself has a luxury, high class feel, beds are heavenly and luxurious and th epool is exquisite. Pet-friendly is a must for me and the hotel is very pet-friendly.
