The area around the hotel was a bit run down & scary to drive through at night, but the hotel itself was very clean and the check-in staff & bellman were extremely friendly & attentive. We arrived late & chose to eat at the restaurant in the hotel. There were just 2 of us & neither spoke much Spanish. We ordered a Cerveza (beer) & a rum & coke. The waitress had to send another waiter over to take our order, which was fine. He took forever to bring our drinks out. Then my boyfriend ordered a hamburger & fries & I order the ceviche. After a very long wait, they brought his meal out & said mine would be out shortly. I told him to go ahead & it his while it was hot. By the time mine came out, he was through eating, & to top it off, my ceviche tasted like they had just made it. The fish had not been properly marinated long enough & I could not eat it. Needless to say, the hotel restaurant food & service was horrible, but our room & interaction with the rest of the hotel staff was excellent!

Rooftop pool looks nothing like the picture. No hammocks. Front desk was the worst. Complained about not having towels twice. Told them the tv in one of the rooms wasn’t working twice- they didn’t try to fix it. They only cleaned one of the rooms. In one room, the sink was leaking. We told them- they didn’t try to fix it. In the other room the bathroom lights would turn off randomly. The AC only worked in one room. At check out, they didn’t even ask how was my stay. I was waiting for them to ask me so I can tell them I had a horrible experience. Never coming back to that place.

Me entregaron una habitación sucia, con detalles de mantenimiento: hongo en plafón del baño, extractor lleno de polvo, el teléfono muy vició así como el control de televisión, no percibí protocolos de sanitización, tuve que pedir al gerente del hotel que revisara los detalles, quien se encargó de que me entregaran otra habitación, la cual era más amplia y en mejores condiciones, pero la televisión no funcionó. No se deben entregar así las habitaciones, habla de mucha falta de atención para sus clientes.

Checking in a building and the room is in another building. Checking in agente gave us room that was not clean, had to go back to the other building for a new room, phones do not work in the rooms. Our new room did not have towels... had to go back to the other building and ask for towels.... very inconvenient!

Hotel was full of people sleeping in the lobby and dangerous for these covid days. It took me 4 weeks to get a partial refund. Hotel never answered the phone. Expedia did not do much either. At the and Gema and Albert from expedia fix it. My honest opinion... Avoid this hotel

Good hotel not great.
The room wasn’t prepared for a guest. No room service menu (or QR code during these pandemic times), no TV remote and no hot water. We had to call the reception to get all these things fixed. Other than that, comfortable bed, nice ocean view and good food. Pool was closed due to the pandemic.

For the price hotel is good. A half open bag of mantecadas was left in one of the kitchenet drawers. Cleaning personal should check for that.

A lonely place to visit
It was a bit of a confusing place. I don't think the hotel is really set-up to accept guests who are on vacation. They did not have any alcoholic beverages and were very confused when we asked for something to be charged to our room. It seems that mostly workers from the oil industry stay there and they cater directly to them. We were were traveling through on our vacation to a wedding in Campeche. There really isn't anything to do in this town. Most of the things there were empty. There was a definitely a sad feeling in this town.

Realmente estoy inconforme ya qué al momento en que se realizó la reservación fue un costo y al llegar al hotel me incrementaron el costo. También en la página decía que incluía desayuno y ya estando en el hotel el de recepción me dice que no incluye el desayuno.

El Aire Acondicionado NO sirve al menos en el 2do edificio, de las 5 noches que estuve me la pase sudando, cuando les digo me dicen, aaa voy a checar, alomejor esta apagado, pues lleva 5 dias apagado sino porque usan ventiladores en la recepcion?, el personal del restoran del miercoles 9 de Abril PESIMO. Mala atencion descorteces sin ningun conocimiento de atenciona comensales. El voucher abierto que deje para consumos no alcanzaba para cubrir el ultimo, y a mitad del desayuno viene una chica para ue le firmnara el voucher "para no molestar" a MITAD DEL DESAYUNI, no basto eso y 5 minutos depsues el encargado vino para tratar de cobrarme el faltante del desayuno. DESDE CUANDO A UN COMENSAL SE LE COBRA POR ANTICIPADO SUS ALIMENTOS!!!!, maxime que me faltaba aun UN DIA para salir????, TERRIBLE Y NULA sus conocimeintos de atencion al cliente por parte de estas dos personas
