For a queen suite, the beds were not queens. Pillows were very flat, not comfortable at all. Closet door, was broken. Breakfast included cereal and microwaveable sandwiches.

Upon arrival the debit reader was down and the staff member tried to ask for a copy of my debit card to get keycards. We said no and they put us down as a cash payment. The debit card reader issue was resolved the next day and we used that option. The first room we got had some significant water damage that the cleaning staff obviously didn’t report to the manager or maintenance. The second room was nice. The bed was comfortable, the living room kitchen area was clean and also comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of hot water. The rate was good and the local was right off the highway near plenty of restaurants. 3.5/5 stars for the overall experience.

I enjoyed my stay for the most part. It was quiet, and staff was helpful. Upon arriving I was not greeted by the male and female front desk staff, they were on their phones..I’ve received a warmer welcome in cheaper hotels. In the halls and elevator I did smell marijuana. While taking a shower the water wasn’t letting out properly so dirty water was accumulating while showering. The WiFi is horrible, even thought they tell you to join their rewards list for premium WiFi. It’s not good and I had to use my hotspot. This is good for a business trip alone or for two ppl. A family for a few days tops. Other than that no issues.

This property has no hot water and the Manager nor the people at the front desk cared. They just kept saying they could cancel my room if I liked because they had already moved our room once. Well the 1st room had broken closet doors which is a hazard. I did eventually have to cancel because my son had a fencing tournament and he needed rest and we all needed to bath, which the manager didn't think was a necessity.

There was a couple arguing and throwing things. Front desk was called, nothing was done. They went until 2am. Will not come back to this place based on how they handled complaints and just showed no regard. Plus if you want snacks, bring your own. Or you can drive to the front that’s not connected to the actual hotel and get overpriced snacks that you can find at your local corner store for way less.

I paid for two rooms. One with a fireplace and one without. I paid extra for a fireplace just to be told when I get there, they don’t have any logs for the fireplace and we can go to Lowe’s and pick some up if we want some to burn. Myself no problem. I bring them the receipt just to be told we don’t do refunds for the wood. (You all suggested that) so I paid extra for a fireplaces room and went and bought my own wood just for me to be comfortable in your establishment is just not sitting well with me.
