There was no wifi for our room and no solution to the problem was given for our stay. The breakfast was very bad, it was a good thing we were able to walk to somewhere close.

The pictures for this MOTEL are very deceiving. I would not have chosen to stay here if I knew it was a MOTEL (all exterior rooms). The doors are open in the pictures making it appear like it’s a hotel. The property is updated and very clean, but it needs to clearly state it is a MOTEL. I feel duped.

The hotel is nice to begin with. I would have given 5 stars but the day before check out I noticed a cockroach so had to deduct 2 stars for it. Will stay again? Yes may be because the rooms are decent and clean but in crevices there may be other companions which only comes out at night time. I would not have food in the room but just to spend the night it’s ok. Breakfast was there and it’s basic waffle, juices, bread, butter and jelly along with fruits.

The property was very nice, although the stay was only 55 or $65. I had to pay a $100 deposit now. I am homeless but I stay in hotels when I can. Because I do have a job and a car. Now the deposit doesn't go back on your card for 7 to 10 business days.So I am very unhappy with the fact that I have slept in my car instead of staying in a hotel 42 more days with my hundred dollars

It wasn’t super expensive and it was about 10 minutes from Kings Island. We traveled with a cooler. The refrigerator in our room didn’t have a freezer for my ice packs. They did put them in a freezer for the night for me.

Property is being remodeled. Rooms that are remodeled are clean, nice & worth the money, decent breakfast waffles , apples, cereal, yogurt, muffins, juice, coffee and toast. Friendly staff. Definitely would stay over a $200 plus room. 10/10 id do it again

Free breakfast and the Perkins next door and all the restaurants right across the street is convenient! The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy, looks run down from the outside but it’s a nice place and the front desk guy was very kind!

They gave us a room with bedbugs. Was watching tv around midnight and saw one crawling next to my head on the pillow. We immediately got up, packed our things, and got out of the room. Praying I don’t get an infestation at home.

Love the location, the big Tv with my favorite channel on it, (the Travel Channel). Real close to Frisch’s and Perkins and King’s Island. We liked it here. :)
