The hotel has a serious plumbing problem. From toilet to tub. The lamp broke, the towels are tiny, cigarette smells in one of the rooms. Over all i couldn’t wait to get out of the place. While I was at the front complaining about the smell of cigarettes someone came for the same reason 10 floor in his room.

Stayed here for a stop on our way more south, was easy to get to off the highway and quick simple check in. Staff were helpful and kind.

We checked in and 30 minutes later checked out. They had people on the property doing drugs and the room was dirty and they had bedbugs. The room was already paid for and they charged me another 100 for reasons unknown. I checked out within 39 minutes of being there

The whole property just didn’t seem safe but it was a very convenient location for our race downtown. It also had a horrible smell throughout the property. The thing I would give 5 stars to is the breakfast. They did a great job with that.

Conveniently located to get downtown or to U.C. campus or soccer stadium. It’s a bargain. But in sketchy area. Doesn’t feel safe even when in your car. Parking in garage attached and walking in can feel a bit scary.
No restaurants nearby. Used to be a restaurant/bar inside hotel but it went out of business about 3 years ago, according to desk clerk (when asked April 2024).
Hallways and room were OK. Decent bed.
Noisy because there’s Interstate 75 right outside your window. That probably was not there when they built the place in 1964 — a year before I was born. Doesn’t look that old.
Decent free breakfast that included a few hot items — waffle, eggs, and sausage.
I’d go again when budget tight and going alone.

I only stayed here for one night and that was enough. The location was not in a good part of town and there were no places to eat nearby. The location was right off the thruway so it did get a bit noisy at night. The free breakfast wasn’t good but I guess you can’t expect much when it’s free.

The property is run down. The only working ice machine was on the fifth floor. We were with a group and planning to meet in the evenings at the bar. The bar is closed. The neighborhood did not feel safe.

The pictures made the facility look medium upscale, but the hotel itself was dirty. The sheets were stained, the walls were stained. The couch had rips in it, it was frankly disgusting.

Had problems with the keys and there was even some point where we discovered that our door wasn’t locking even though we thought it was. I was charged an extra $150 for using my father’s card to pay for my room. I don’t plan on booking with Quality Inn and Suites anymore.

We've stayed at this property twice now, and both times were a great experience. The parking is an attached parking garage, the staff is pleasant, check-in and check out are super quick and easy, and the rooms are very clean and smell fresh. We definitely plan to make this our go-to stay whenever we're in town.

There are bus stops right next to the hotel that take you downtown for $2 a trip that were very convenient and easy to use.

The actual hotel and staff were great, the surrounding area not so much. Cincinnati felt the the Philadelphia of Ohio.

The hotel is in a terrible part of Cincinnati. The room looked clean however when I woke up in morning I have several bug bits.
