Property was decent enough. I am sure with continued efforts & upgrades it will become a better hotel. It was not vacation type stay but decent enough to feel safe & rest for a basketball tournament

The staff was very nice. had issues with my room key. Every time I left the building there was a need to return to the front desk for another key. Also none of the ice makers worked and there was only a staff microwave.

The pictures on line were deceiving. It was run down, tub didn't drain, curtain was ripped, room was not clean, both treadmills were broken,and to top it off we were told the pool was open till 10 and closed before 930 and breakfast offered was a joke.

The posted pictures are completely misleading!!! The hotel was dark, dirty, and eerily empty. The halls looked like they hadn't been vacuumed any time recently. The room was ok, the bedding clean, but the covers were ripped under the quilt, and the curtain sheers were ripped. The pool was ok, but the area reeked of pot. Overall, a once nice hotel that is slowly sinking. Would not stay again.

5 night stay for husband's treatments in area. Employees was great and house keeper for our room was wonderful keeping us in supplies. Would been better with a hot tub though.

1. Beds were sacked out, still slept 10/10 2. Had a super sketchy vibe, there are many articles about crime taking place, explored all floors and rooms with open access, 10/10 3.Many of the ceiling tiles were suffering from excessive water damage and were caving in. 10/10 4. Elevators had no inspection papers available in them, and were visibly run down 10/10 5. Walking through the hotel, many electrical panels were hanging open indicating an old or weakened electrical system. 10/10 6. The cereals at breakfast was expired 9/10 (Still tasted fine) 7. There were only five cars in the parking lot but six stories to the hotel… 10/10

It was very quiet. There were 3 differnt desk people and they were always like a ghost trying to find. Its a big hotel thats very abandoned looking. Asked for another blanket and they said we are usually low and had to look? There was mayhe 3 other cars there. Our room had an open broken outlet. The bathroom mirror and putket was broke. The head of the bed was so nasty we were too anxious to ask them to clean because it was ummm nasty stuff. Like on the walls too. The cleanes need to clean harder because the shower curtain was already molded and like it needs cleaned too. Nice pool tho which is locked with a whole lock and key then a key card is needed? How can you swim if you cant find the helper?

The front staff was very helpful and willing to change and accommodate. Now the rooms on the other hand, one room smells like smoke. The other room was missing half of the French door lock and a button was missing out of the remote.

Adequate Stay
The hotel was pretty dated and lacked cleanliness. The floor we stayed on had visible mold on the ceiling and evidence of water leaks. The room had carpeting that had stains and did not appear clean. The shower did not work properly, half of the water came out of the shower head and the other half came out of the tub faucet filling the tub with water quickly. The mirror was falling off the wall. The continental breakfast was lacking. The pool had odd hours which made it impossible for us to take advantage of it (doesn't open until 11am). The positives of the stay: all employees we encountered were very friendly, the bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. Overall: We have stayed at far better for far less, it was an adequate stay.

Outside very uninviting. Front desk staff seemed bored with everything. Included breakfast (figured in with price) very pathetic. Very limited choices, very poor presentation. I don’t see myself returning. There are better options out there.

This property looks like it was a very nice place at one time but is ran down quite a bit now. The outside looks like it is an abandoned building and there were people wandering around. Staff was friendly. Pool hours are strange. Breakfast is cereal, apples, oatmeal, waffles and yogurt. Room was surface clean but the whole place needed deep cleaned. Comfy bed. Rooms circle around the pool and conference rooms and a party was happening in one of the rooms until after midnight and was very noisy. I would expect this hotel to be half the price in the condition it is in.

Everything was comfy in the room. Amenities were lacking- I walked around for awhile in search of a working ice machine and vending machine. Nothing was really wrong with the place, but it had some rough vibes, the energy was off.

The hotel lobby and room was clean. The ice maker on our floor was empty, so I went down a floor. That one was also empty. I went up a floor and the ice maker was gone. When I called the front desk I was told to go up to the 5th floor. Not a big deal but at least tell guests at check-in where they can get ice and put a sign on the non-working ice makers telling where ice can be found. It was frustrating riding the elevator up and down looking for one. Breakfast consisted of coffee, apple juice, cold cereal, yogurt, apples, and waffles.

My first hotel fire evacuation - no staff help
Beware, when you walk into the lobby, the place stinks of mold/mildew. Very warm and humid due to the location of the pool. The front desk clerk was rude and not helpful - gave bad instructions on where to park and where the elevators were. The elevator we were instructed to use ended up only working once. We checked in about 9pm, part of the family took the elevator up to the 6th floor about 10:30 pm, then it was not working and the desk clerk was going to check on it. at 11:30 pm, the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate. We were at the stairs by the elevator room and the elevator room had caught fire. by the time we got to the 2nd floor, we could feel the heat and the acrid smoke smell was intense but had no idea any other way to exit the building. Fortunately, the fire was contained and we were able to get back to our room by 12:30am. We had been travelling over 24 hours at this point and had to bury my mom that afternoon, with only about 6 hours of sleep. There was only 1 elevator working for the remainder of our stay. Nothing was offered to move our rooms near the working elevator or to compensate us for the inconvenience and stress. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The photos are very outdated!
