Upon check-in, I was assigned a room that was clearly marked as a non-smoking room. It reeked of cigarettes. I was reassigned a second room. This room had virtually no toilet paper, and a bathtub drain that was filled with some sort of debris and hair, clearly not cleaned. It was late and I was tired after 5 1/2 hour drive from Illinois. The first night of my 4 day stay, my ‘neighbors’ partied until I put in a call to the front desk until just after 12:40am. There were shady looking people walking the halls day and night, leaving me feeling extremely unsafe. Not once did I see a maid let alone have my room cleaned. I had to go to the front desk every time I need toilet paper, shampoo, etc.
I wanted to find something Redeeming about this hotel. I still haven’t found it. There are way better choices for hotels.
