"Clean and comfortable, but would benefit from refurbishment! If flat is on the front of the building, there’s a lot of noise and light from the street, at all hours! There are no blackout blinds, so bring an eye mask! Double glazing reduces the noise, but you’ll need ear plugs if sleeping with windows open. The hot water cylinder only heats up at night, so it’s not unusual to have no hot water in the evenings!"

"Location was great and right in the centre of Newbury. Apartment was equipped with everything needed for a stay away from home. The room was uncomfortably hot and the small amount the windows opened and fan were no use. Our shower was totally blocked but it was sorted. Cleanliness of the apartment was not to my standard. "

"Amazing apartments … modern., clean, central location. Great facilities.. parking was fine .. I would recommend parking in the medium stay car by the car park which is free after 4pm and then at 8.30 am you can pay 5.90 for whole day and then free again after 4 and on Sundays. I will definitely be going back! "

"Very nice flat that is clean and spacious. Only issue is counter next to sink traps water in a pool that soaks everything on it. Room could also use a coffee maker. You also get to use the gym/pool next door and get a discount at the cafe there!"

"Manu was a great host, he was very welcoming and helpful and provided clear instructions to find the apartment, parking and how to get into the property. The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. "Arrived at 2am from Gatwick, which was expected.The hotel was extremely quiet and we slept well. Unfortunately the night porter had told us that breakfast would be available until 10.30am, which is the case at the weekend but not on weekdays. When we arrived for breakfast at 10am the staff could not have been more helpful and offered to cook us fresh bacon rolls. "

"The service is good. But it is after 2am and cannot sleep as the discos close by are in full swing. I am on the 12th floor and it is as if the disco in my room. Not comfortable at all. I paid over £100 a night for a single room I expect to at least sleep! Very bad. "

"Reception on arrival 11/10. The staff noted my wife's wheelchair and moved us to a closer room. Even so, the hotel is a bit of a maze, but we were given clear instructions on how to find the room The room was nice, comfortable bed, good bathroom. Large TV on the wall. We used the restaurant only for breakfast, the food was pretty good. What let the restaurant down is the two issues with the restaurant, my wife was using her wheelchair. The greeter at the door took her room number explained...
