Tuve un late Checkin. Fue notificado. Me dieron una habitación diferente a la reservada. Al día siguiente tuvimos que cambiarnos, perdí lo que había comprado de comida pues no tenía donde guardarlo al dejar la habitación. Me dijeron que me darían un upgrade y me dieron una habitación exactamente como la había reservado inicialmente, además les pedí una cobija adicional Y más amenities y no las dejaron en la nueva habitación. No hubo ninguna compensación por el mal rato. El personal de front desk solo se disculpó amablemente. Esto no debería ocurrir. El hotel tiene una locación estupenda, el roof top vale la pena, el brunch nada espectacular. Pero agradable servicio.

Property is well kept, location was perfect to walk to restaurants and shops. As far as the room shower and pillows need improvement, shower weak and pillows with zero support. Overall a good experience but expected more from a 4 stars hotel .

Came to Chicago to celebrate my birthday and St Patricks day. Got a room with river view which was amazing. The hotel is close to many restaurants and shops. Overall great stay!

The roof top bar-views are second to none. Property is directly on river walk and steps from Michigan Ave and all the shopping one can stand. Hotel is modern and classy!!

We loved that it was right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go. Great view. For some reason we really enjoyed the elevators . In house restaurant was good as well. Staff was great!

Right in the core if you are travelling to Chicago for the first time, easy to get too from the airport even from train, staff welcoming and friendly - amazing service from Allen who took care of us and our bags, welcoming and caring. Definitely would pick this hotel again when visiting Chicago!

Beautiful property, great location and customer service. Highly recommend the river view, its totally worth it. That was our favorite thing about staying here. Lots of dining options onsite and nearby. I will only be staying here when in town.
