Quite noisy next to the interstate. Remodling going on, but it was't that bad. Breakfast was average at best and no whirlpool by the pool area. Nice fitneß area.

The staff, Maya, at 9pm was not professional and staff made a huge mistake such that she checked somebody in the room under my name. Obviously the hotel made a huge mistake but reluctant to apologize this incident. I am a longtime expedia customer and this is the first time embarrassing experience. Please tell La Quinta at bannockburn-Deerfield to have a better and experienced staff at the desk! They should apologize me for this incident and we are very upset!

The hotel is quiet. Room was neat. The tub had a few rust stains. It would be nice to have a soap dish next to the sink for the bar soap so its not placed on top of or back in the box. Furniture is out dated. I wish the guide on the tv would actually show the title of whats on. I gave the staff 3 stars because they literally stood there and finished their conversatio before even attempting to acknowledge I was standing in the window. Stay was okay for the price.

Super disappointed in this stay. Bathroom had rust, hairdryer didn’t work, neighbors were loud. To top things off you can’t take breakfast to your room, so I had a couple hovering over me telling me to hurry up and finish my breakfast less than 5 minutes after I sat down. Was incredibly rude, and I’d prefer to take my breakfast to my room and mind my own business. I won’t stay here again.

The Breakfast was really good, and they were always ready early (which was a plus for a work trip) Our bathroom (particularly the shower) needed updating, but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the price was right! My only real complaint was that there weren't many outlets around to plug things in. We ended up having to unplug the alarm clock and the bedside lamps to have a place to charge phones.

Generally, the stay was okay. However, initial impressions tend to linger with us. Very early on, I looked in the trash receptacle by the table and TV and in it was a used condom. Obviously, the trash had not been carefully checked after the previous guests. The hotel could have been proactive in telling me more than the "I'm sorry" that I heard from the front desk agent.

A very nicely kept LARGE room. Full L shaped desk and living area. Only downside is that my mini fridge froze everything I put inside of it and there was no dial to manually adjust it.
