Nice room, nice pool and gym. They weren’t able to give us early checkin, which I understand, and they were able to give us early pool access. But they also weren’t able to give us late checkout, which I have never experienced at a hotel. Not even 30 minutes.

I went to see Nicki Minaj at the United Center so I decided to book this hotel. It was very nice and Princess checked me in with no problem. The hotel was clean however, I do think the floor could’ve been cleaned a bit more and I disliked that my view was someone kitchen and living room. Great hotel Will stay again and ask for a different view.

Room is good, bed comfortable, breakfast not included, the room was noisy because the train line from one side and the metro line from the other made the stay uncomfortable, i was surprised i did not see this type of comment before for this hotel. The glasses could be soundproof or at least could minimize the noise from outside.

This hotel hit every check mark with me. The staff was great. Easy chedk-in. The room was very clean. (I check be behind beds, lift mattresses, wipe down counters to ensure the cleanliness)…The hotel was quiet. The area the hotel is located is convenient to everything; dining, city attractions, shopping. The option to use public transportation to get to a majority of the city’s attractions. When I revisit Chicago in the future I will definitely return to the Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Downtown South Loop location.

The evening staff was that helpful, but the most backwards thing is this building is 2 hotels in one (Homewood Suites/ Hilton Garden). The side that has basically a full kitchen gets complimentary breakfast but Hilton Garden side have to go to local places for breakfast. Both sides share all other amenities but breakfast. The hotel is located by a few eatery places which makes it convenient.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Our flight was an early morning flight and even arriving at the hotel around 10:30, they said our room was ready and checked us in. Clean and modern room with beautiful view!

This is a really nice hotel! Close enough to everything but not that much so it’s not that loud. You can walk everywhere and a lot of stuff around. Right next Michigan avenue. Room was clean, nice and cozy. Price was good. Everyone was really nice. Would totally recommend

I did like the size of the room. What didn't like was the fact that furnace was soo loud and couldn't fallba sleep. That happened around midnight and if I asked for room change would of take long time and huge headache.

This property is just perfectly positioned and one of the best hilton's i have stayed at. Walking distance to all museum's and parks. Multiple restaurants in under 5 min walk, saved a ton on parking again and again as i could just walk to all major attractions as they were within 15 min walking distance.

We had a very good experience overall. Our room was pretty clean with the exception of the room’s air filter (which needs replacing) and the shower floor (which has mold/mildew around the edges). The pool and hot tub water is so cloudy that you can’t see your feet in the water. I don’t know if that is the result of yhe water not being clean or if it’s a certain type of pool chemical being used. I don’t know. The pool was packed with families every night. The staff was very nice and friendly and helpful. You can’t beat the location. It’s so close to the museums, great restaurants, and even a grocery store!
