Clerk asked to run my card again after booking night thru Expedia, & said it showed declined on his end. This is the second Hampton Hotel that has tried to do this, so beware as it will double charge you & you must ask for refund that takes 5-10 days!! Room was clean. The furnace was very loud and rumbled every time it kicked on and woke me from sleep. Breakfast was good and all three staff greeted us and were super nice and pleasant, area was kept very clean, stocked and neat.
