Checked in, in the evening for a 3 night stay. The room had an odor, no soap and limited towels. Went to the front desk and the person couldn’t leave the front desk to get me soap because she didn’t have the keys to open the door. She wanted to give me an open bar of soap, I said no. She then decided to go to another room and give me that soap, she was able to leave the desk at that time. There was a large family staying in a room with multiple adults and multiple children that were running through the halls. They were cooking in the rooms and my room and cloths smelled like whatever they were cooking. My only option around there was Wendy’s. The room was very dated, it looked old and dirty. I should have researched more. I would not stay there again.

Terrible conditions at this location. Nails sticking through flooring where carpet was worn. You literally get 2towels,2 wash cloths. They charge you for exchanging clean towels. No coffee pot! No lobby with coffee. At night, you’re on your own! They literally lock the lobby up and you can’t get ahold of anyone at all!! Never ever will stay here again!!

Worst experience worse than a cheap motel
The room I got smelled like pee really bad,I turn the AC unit to see if that would help with the smell but it didn’t, after a couple of hours my throat started to bother and I started to sneeze, I told the front desk about it and the guy at front told me that maybe it was because I was in a room where pets stay and on that floor I asked why I wasn’t notified and he said it was my responsibility to let him know I told him about customer service and he kept arguing with me saying it was my fault. I checked out right away and tried to explain him the situation and he just said OK BRUH, not an apology or anything? I asked him and he said NO! There was no attempt on his part to try to make it better he kept saying BRUH, I was so mad, I didn’t stay the night I had to drive 2 hours back home. I wasted my money and my time

Don’t stay here
The room smelled, sheets were scratchy and the only amenity was one small bar of soap. The kitchen cabinets were all completely empty. People were ha gong outside in lot all night being loud. No one at desk after hours and no one there until 9am.

There were no utensils in the kitchen. We checked in late so we could use kitchen for our baby until 10 am in the morning. At 10 am too there was no one at the front desk and had to wait for half hr more. Never going to stay at stay america again

Really. I don’t know which smelled worse the hallways or the room. Probably the room. Nasty, smelled like smoked bad bad bad! Burned my nose. I had go buy incense but was afraid they would catch me and charge me $250 for smoking. I won’t be back.

The hallway and the room has a musty smell. The fan over the range could not be turned off. Even though there is refrigerator and freezer in the room, it would have taken too long to make ice, and there is no other access for ice in the facility, had to walk to the closest fast food place. The shower head has some mold on it. The mattress was quite uncomfortable and should be replaced.

Liked the concept -- for long term stays, this business model is good -- minimum supplies offered but you can purchase what you need. I love that -- it reduces waste and unnecessary costs. The room was a bit expensive considering that though... The "breakfast" was quite misleading As a Type 1 Diabetic, I could not eat anything. That was disappointing
