We apologize for the inconvenience during your stay. The city of Naperville had a water main break and had to do an emergency repair which resulted in the water being shut of for a short period of time. Again I apologize and hope to see you again soon.

Had some smoking smells. Biggest issue was the horrible beds we endured. Sinkhole in the center, making you feel you were not only at an angle, but could hardly get out. Other bed in the room was the same. I would have asked to switch rooms, but I wasn’t confident it would be different elsewhere in the hotel. Sad.

We had a commotion and a woman screaming and running down our hallway at 3:30 am. I called the front desk for help and was met with a okay we will check into it. My daughter and I did not feel safe.

When I got there, they couldn't locate my reservation. I had to wait 45 minutes just to check in, and they even forced me to call customer service at Expedia because they didn't have a reservation for me.

It was a nice little hotel. I enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning. The rooms were clean and I could walk to restaurants near by in the evening. Great staff and very helpful with directions in the area.

The desk staff was extremely friendly and responded promptly to our concerns about some odors in our room. Maids addressed the problem. Very good breakfast in the morning.

Bad Hotel Experience
The mattress was horrible, old and broke. The bathroom towels were old and supposed to be white, but they were yellow. I almost felt in the shower. The soap, shampoo and conditioner bad quality. The food for the breakfast, horrible and basic. The juice was water with color and sugar. No cable and also they didn’t explained well the fees.

Good value
Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Dated bathrooms, but clean and good water pressure so not really concerned about the dated appearance. Good value overall.

My first room smelled terribly of mildew or something. I found the source was concentrated on one of the beds sheets. The heater when it came on would screech. I went and was told to turn the heater off and turn it on again and she couldn’t tell me that that would resolve it permanently. She also said she could give me new sheets. They did not apologize or offer me a different room. When asked they did move me. When they moved me the second room did not have a smell but both beds squeeked anytime you moved and I noticed the next day that the remote was filthy with what I assume was food.

Thank you for your review! Our parking lot and sidewalks are shoveled and salted during the snow season, through a private contractor. This crew has been shoveling and salting all weekend, plus our own staff salt and shovel too during the day. I apologize for any inconvenience, in case they were not able to get to it when it was snowing. I hope to see you again soon.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your concern. We have a contract for snow plowing and salting, and they do a great job. Be safe.
The room was clean which is key for me and at a reasonable cost! The bed is a little hard for my taste but the pillows are great. Great water pressure and lots of hot water. Breakfast had plenty of choices and the staff kept all items well stocked. I took a star off because the tv service is not great. Not HD and no program guide. I’ve stayed here before and will again.
