Our bathroom/ shower in specific was left with standing water in the tub and dirt. The walls are thin and you could here every toilet flush, door open and close or others talking in the rooms adjacent to ours.

The property was clean and well kept for the most part. The tv wouldn’t turn on and when I called the front desk I was told that maintenance would not be in until the morning. They offered a couple ideas they had for me to try that may help. We went for breakfast after 8 and it wasn’t being served yet even though the desk and website said 6am to 9am. I was not impressed. The quiet night sleep is the only thing this hotel had going for it. I won’t be back.

The breakfast each day had many excellent quality choices. A breakfast burrito one morning. And the menu changed each day! Outstanding value!

Convenient to why I came to Downers Grove and the free breakfast. A larger breakfast area would have been nice.

Parking is shared with a restaurant, so limited parking. Parking should be clearly marked for hotel or restaurant.

Traveled to Chicago stay in the hotel for 3 nights. The customer service were very friendly, room was very comfortable, free parking, and the breakfast was excellent with a lot of food choices. Very satisfied.

Hotel was basic but very functional. Price point was unreal. Hallways were extremely hot and uncomfortable. Gym needs to be better maintenance. Breakfast was very good and room service was on par
