"Stayed 4 nights in October. Easy on/off highway. Although located close to the highways, background noise is very low and did not bother a light sleeper like me. Nice, clean rooms. "Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights and from a 3 week stay across Italy, it was the highlight of our trip. The Villa is gorgeous, the rooms are spacious, comfy and clean. Breakfast is lovely and plenty of option, they’ll even make a lovely omelette if you’d like one. The pool is amazing and has views that are out of this world. "Calm, serene, quiet are hallmarks of the B&B. No wonder so many foreigners are buying old farm houses. The adventure is the drive down a long winding dirt road to the farm house; imagining that the road has not changed since the house was built in the 1200s. Very, very cool!"

"The young lady who checked us in, I believe Gloria was her name, was very sweet and helpful during our stay. She upgraded us to a suite and it was very comfortable except for a dog that barked during the night,apparently, it belonged to the owners who were not on the property. So other than the dog annoying us during the nights and early mornings it was a comfortable place to stay and close enough to Florence to drive to in about 15 to 20 minutes.
