The staff here was extremely nice and actually listened to my question and request in both English and Thai unlike EVERY single other location I stayed at in Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai and Phuket. What a gem! We fell in love with this special place - a gorgeous view of the river, surrounded by trees and sounds of nature. The rooms were beautiful. We were so touched by the welcome fruit and the care of the staff. So many dining options at this place - whoever is in the kitchen is crafting very delicious dishes, we were so impressed by the cooking. This was our favorite hotel and we will definitely be returning.
