The staff were excellent. Room was really nice although the bed was quite firm. New roll of TP and 2 bottles of water were added everyday. Breakfast was good and convenient since the hotel is located closer to the airport than it was Old Town. It was a 10-15 minute walk to get to Old Town and the walk was straight down the road. There was a 7/11 and a laundry shop across the street. and at night there was a night market.

The property was nice the area was 10 minutes away from the center but overall location was tolerable with the transportation of the taxis

I arrived ChiangMai a day earlier and decided to stay at this hotel temporarily. It’s walkable from the airport but with heavy luggage, don’t walk, the road is bumpy. It’s even safe to walk at night. Room was huge, simple and clean. Breakfast was decent. Definitely worth the money.

I can tell this hotel is quite dated. The lobby area is clean, the staff was nice and helpful. Great shuttle to airport. The breakfast was decent. The night market within walking distance was one of the nicest we went to in Chiangmai. The room itself was spacious. That was probably the only pro to the room. The bathroom I could tell was not cleaned, maybe at all? There were toothpaste splatters around the sink and the toilet seat looked dirty. I would not stay at this hotel again, unfortunately.

Kind and attentive staff. We have stayed here several times over the years and they always greet us with a warm welcome and remember our family. The breakfast buffet is improved over the last couple of years. Good variety of choices. Such a convenient location in Chiang Mai!

Location is good but it’s a bit old
If you our visit in the south side of town then this has a great location very close to the airport. The staff is very helpful and friendly. However in the listing it says a four star but it is not that . It is clean but it’s “aged”. I had a very hard bed and a very old tv.

Good location, and nice enough, although dated. The staff wasn't helpful at check in, and when needing restaurant food for dinner, there were no tables set up, no wait staff, etc. Don't eat here after breakfast. Also, no coffee or tea in the room, which is a turnoff in the hospitality industry- should be a basic necessity in rooms.

Close to the Airport and shopping center!
I was here with my family (of 4) and stayed in the largest room they have. It's 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a separate kitchen and sitting area. It's not a cheap room for Chiang Mai. But's right across the street from the Central Plaza Airport Center, which has a supermarket, lots of stores and restaurants, a movie theatre, arcade, kid's play park, and even an aquarium. Across on another street is the premium Rimping Supermarket with lots of organic and imported products. As it's near the crossroads, it can be noisy, especially if you have a room on the road side with the view of the shopping center and mountains. It's not newest or the best, and not even the cheapest. But the only type of room of it's kind in the area. Only 5 minutes from the airport by car, you could literally walk to the airport. It's also convenient if you don't like to be right in the center of the old city or northern Chiang Mai.

Great service with a smile!!
I had a layover for the night and stayed at the Airport Greenery. I was warmly welcomed by the hotel staff and my very early morning bus shuttle arranged for the next day on arrival with a friendly smile! My room was clean and spacious. The staff really were incredible though, from helping me find a restaurant and a taxi, to providing me a plug adapter. Even at 4am I was given the most amazing service! It is perfect for a layover and comfortable. They provide free shuttle bus service, which takes 5-8 min to Airport, depending on the traffic! Definitely worth every penny, especially after a week in hostels!

Hotel was not what it looked like on the website. Very disappointed! Couldn't believe the condition and class of hotel they said based on the original discount. Room was very noisy also you could hear the people near the elevator and corridor. I would not stay there again. I checked out before 6.30 pm the second day and did not get my half refund back- I told them that I had an emergency and had to fly back and they said I couldn't.

when i arrived i was greeted warmly at reception and told i had a free upgrade to a one bedroom suite....which was lovely!! the breakfast could be better for western tastes...but overall a great hotel close to the airport and large shopping plaza.

It is really worth for the money. We booked the Greenery because we're in the evening flight. The room and everything is fine. We went to the Airport Plaza, which is just opposite to the hotel. The food court there provide cheap and different variety of food. Don't except much for their breakfast and their pool.

For the money - just over £20 - it was quite good
It's not a 4 star hotel but it's right near the airport and across the road from the Airport Plaza shopping mall, so it's great if you want a one er two night stop near the airport in a cheap but reasonably nice hotel. The bed is hard and the shower is old fashioned and is NOT a power shower so don't expect a luxury bathroom! Breakfast is fairly basic but adequate. I generally go for 4 star comfort but this hotel was fine for just over £20 inc breakfast.
