It’s 5 minutes walk from Maya shopping center. 10 minutes to old town by car. 20 minutes to the airport. For shopping, eating just within 10 minutes walk. For spa and massage, it’s also close.the breakfast is also good as they did change some of the food everyday.

Large sized room with a king bed. Quiet and peaceful hotel is a fantastic location. The staff was very helpful.

The hotel is located in a great location, minutes far from a great mall and top notch restaurants. Plenty of options for coffee places and stores. The property is super well maintained and clean. Rooms are modern and spacious. Property has a great swimming pool, gym and a good parking lot. The breakfast is fairly good with great options. The proximity with the airport didn’t affect anything, airplanes stop after 10pm and rarely take off before 8am, so regular travelers would not be affect about this. I will definitely stay again in the property when go back to Chiang Mai

the Hotels.com offer does not include a “Breakfast included” option, which I find annoying. Although the Breakfast purchase price is not an issue, it’s just a nuisance and has changed from pre-Covid period. Having stayed a few times at this hotel the accommodation was what I was expecting, so no complaints on that score.

There were some stains on the sheets but that was the same with all the other hotels we stayed in. The employees were super kind and helpful. Other then the sheets everything was clean and the pool and gym were very nice. The area surrounding the hotel is super nice, it’s within walking distance of so many things and right next to a big mall. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel was very close to a new shopping mall. There were lots of restaurants nearby. The intersection near the shopping mall is very busy and the red light takes forever to change so traffic backs up. It also takes a long time to cross the multiple lane road. Because of the traffic in that area, tour vans and Tuk Tuks charge extra or they don’t pick up at that hotel at all. Overall the hotel is very nice for the money, and the staff are very friendly. The hotel is very clean, but it could use a good bleach scrubbing on the grout in the shower.

Exceptional hotel with large rooms, balconies, comfortable beds and linens and superb cleaning staff. Welcoming front desk and doormen. I have extended to stay two weeks at this hotel - if that gives you an idea of the level of comfort! Gorgeous salt water pool, too standards fitness center and beautiful tropical fauna between the two buildings. The one reservation I have is that the WiFi was not strong enough in the room for Zoom calls. However, even with this issue, I still extended because everything else out weighed this inconvenience.

Brand New Hotel Near MAYA Mall
We stayed 4 nights here which is really enjoyable and hotel is located within 5 mins walk to MAYA Lifestyle Shopping Center. Staffs at the front desk are polite and spoke good English, making the check-in/out procedure a breeze.The room we got is real spacious, comes comfy bedding, large clean bathroom, plus cable TV with ample channels and amenities are refilled daily. Free breakfast is included, spread is simple and tasty with ample seating at the restaurant. Particularity, I would like to thank one of the male front desk staff (didn't managed to get his name) who helped us to contact the tour operator on 2nd Dec'19 evening, to check on the hotel pick-up for Khantoke Dinner at the Old Chiang Mai Cultural Center as he saw us waiting quite a long while in the hotel lobby. Will be glad to stay in this hotel again when I happen to visit Chiang Mai in the near future.

Location location location
The location is great. Close to the maya shopping mall and one nimman. One nimman has a cool area with all of the artsy shops during the arts festival. Also close to bars and food. Cant fault location. Gym is small but functional. Pool water is cold and great selection of food at breakfast.

The location is excellent. It takes around 15 minutes to reach a big mall nearby. We can shop for any travel gadgets, souvenirs and having meals there.

Fantastic hotel in great location. A def yes!
Hotel Mayu is awesome. The hotel is near a shopping mall with movie theatre and grocery store on the bottom floor. It also has a small local street food stalls just before the mall, super cheap eats! The area is also close to a Trendy expensive shopping area just down past the big mall. ( I forget the name) And just a grab taxi away for old city( cost about 80bath) The hotel itself is new and modern. The room was huge and clean. The beds were actually ok( usually hard in Asia) There was a balcony over looking the pool but no furniture to sit outside, a bit strange. The bathroom was great! Shower pressure awesome and hot. The towels are new and plush, the bedding white clean and comfy. The AC worked well. The only down side was the smell. Sewage smell from the bathroom, which is common. I used essential oils in my room and the smell did go away for the night. The buffet breakfast is good. But the breakfast area is to small. And crazy hordes of Chinese people pushing and yelling made the morning hectic and not relaxing. They could not refill the food fast enough to keep up. I was able to take a plate of food back into my room, which made my breakfast experience much more quiet and enjoyable. The staff here are incredible!! So kind and polite. Always smiling, which I appreciated so much. The porter are there to help with bags, the front staff allowed me to choose my own room before I checked in. nice touch. I would recommend this place but maybe not during chinese new year!

Nice Hotel
I love this hotel, it is very new, excellent facilities. Location depends on someone's requirements but for me it was excellent as I prefer Nimman area.

Very nice hotel and was extremely clean! Every morning breakfast had a full spread which was always very good! Right next to a very nice mall with other markets in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!
