"It is an older hotel, reasonably priced, and location and staff were awesome. We flew in and they didnt have a place for us to store our luggage, so instead they let us check in right away because a room like ours was ready. They let us check in at 12pm versus 4pm. This way we didnt have to walk around with suitcases. They were very accommodating to us. We would stay there again."
"We requested and paid for an ocean front king suite. We recieved a city view balcony regular room. In the room there was broken furniture, bed that was far beyond replacement. No soap in the dispenser asked for more towels multiple days. Recieved none. Upon leaving one night. Saw a three inch cockroach running across the hallway. Extremely unsatisfied and will never be returning to aqua vista resorts."

"We had a great stay but our freezer was broke and noisy, the hotel room floor was swept but hadn’t been mopped in a long long time our feet were immediately black and disgusting so we bought cheap slipper socks, and the kids pool was in need of some repairs and updating and warmer water! The other pool was adults only so I don’t know about that one but if you are going to limit where I can go with my kids atleast make the water WARM."
