5 minutes into being in our room we found a large roach on the door. When we tried to get it out it scurried into a hole in the wall. Luckily it came back out and we killed it. One of the housekeepers was outside our room and picked it up for us which was nice. The overall room was okay if you didn't look too close. Areas of the floor were dirty and lamps looked gross like they haven't been cleaned well. Our door didn't seal properly at the bottom corner which let in outside light and sound and seemed like a bit of a safety concern. Although, we were told the rooms were no smoking it smells like people have been smoking there for 50 years and it was worse each time we came and went. Housekeeping was also very noisy in the mornings (starting at 8:30/9am) often yelling to one another. The AC was loud (luckily it worked) which meant we had to crank the volume on the TV. Luckily, it was relatively cheap compared to other places in the area and was in a very convenient location (close to Philly, shopping malls, and food). Would only recommend staying here if you need a place to crash and don't plan on spending a ton of time in the room.

I like the convince of the area. I have to complaint about the refrigerator in my room had a very bad smell, they need to clean it. Other than that everything else was good.

The reason for my poor review is that my room and my daughter’s room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. We did not ask to change rooms as we knew they were booked and we were on a schedule. We tolerated it but it was uncomfortable. One positive is that the rooms are nice, clean and spacious. And the desk clerks were very helpful.

Spacy room, with several nice lamps, a nice desk, a coffee machine, phone charger ports on the lamps, comfortable bed, etc., plus a large parking lot and well maintained building. Really love my experience staying here. The only minor imperfection is that my next door guests, mostly kids, were staying up late laughing and speaking loudly at 3 am... Everything was just perfect. Thank you.

The check-in was a bit of a surprise after seeing the place on Expeida. First, the front desk is behind convenience store glass with a little hole to talk through and a place to slide your card. It didnt exactly give me a warm and fuzzy about the area. Then when we got into our room I had to kill two bugs that crawled out of the bathroom when I hit the lights. I wouldnt recommend staying here

The room was dirty, the floor was sticky, there were splashes of some sort of liquid on the front of the fridge and shelves by the sink. There were people banging on doors, fighting, crying, etc. The front desk staff was super nice.

Room smelled disgusting from the moment we walked in, tub had stains that we were told from someone in the last having dyed their hair in it as well as rust stains in the tub, rust on the doors, heard a fire alarm and loud people all through the night both nights, the hotel couldn't charge my multiple rooms as one reservation and turned check in into a half hour ordeal. Absolutely would never stay here ever again, definitely steer clear.

The hotel was not worth the money. It seems like a cheap motel converted to a Days Inn, but it didnt fully upgrade to Days Inn quality. There were attempts to keep the room clean at least, but there was not much to work with. The staff was pleasant, the area has lots of shopping and food. The place was cleanish.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I wouldn’t even call this a “hotel” but I won’t write what I would call it. Disgusting rooms I found bugs multiple times, I had a mouse running through my room, and we had people screaming “help me” and “get off me” all night from other rooms. When I called to complain the guy at the front desk didn’t care at all. Room smelled like cigarettes, the bathroom door wouldn’t close and the appliances are no newer than 2001. Worst place I’ve stayed hands down.

I had reserved this hotel months ago and when I arrived the lady told me they cancelled my reservation because it was a busy weekend and my credit card did not go through. I was going to pay when I checked in. I arrived at 2:45 and technically check in is not til 3pm. That was not fair to me and my children. I will be reporting this location and the issue I had.. horrible experience

The bathroom smelt like cigarette smoke. There was a hair in the shower. The door looked like it had recently been kicked in and poorly repaired. It was loud. Possible blood stains on the bathtub.

Extremely out dated. Can NOT stream anything on the tv as it is not a smart tv and you can’t hook anything up to the tv because they have it locked so you literally only have the digital channels to choice from. Room was freezing when we got there. Turned both heaters on and waited. After an hour we realized the one heater was working at all. They also have a fan setting on there which is great if you need the background noise which we usually always have except these kept turning off no matter what setting you chose. No place to sit down and eat besides the beds. Sheets and blankets were stained. I called 2 weeks prior to arrival to have a crib/pack n play in the room when we arrived. They forgot and I had to go to the front desk and request it again. We booked for 2 night but after a sleepless night due to being so cold and the one heater kicking on and off all night we check out early. The only plus was that they did refund us for the next night. Very inconvenient through that we had to scramble around trying to find a new place to stay just so we could have a warm place for our family. Best advice don’t waste your time just book an AIRBNB!

After traveling a long way and driving into the parking lot our first impression is this can’t be the same place I saw on the site and read reviews about. The place looked run down. We went to check in and all you can smell is weed outside and also inside where we had to check in. We had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come and help us. There was no one to be seen, there was no call button. We had to call the front desk to get someone to come out to help us. The guy was friendly enough but was more concerned about picking the right tunes before assisting us. We finally get to our rooms (we rented 2). After having to walk through people just hanging out in the parking lot listening to loud music and smoking weed. The whole place gave off long term low income living vibes. The rooms were again nothing like the pictures. It was filthy. The walls were dirty, the dressers and sink counter was falling apart. There was long black hairs on the one bed and in the other room there was what looked like red nail polish all over the nightstand. The doors were dented and flimsy and shocker both rooms smelled of weed. I keep saying this as it’s a smoke free facility. We felt unsafe and itchy just being at this establishment. We ended up leaving and going to another hotel it was that bad.

Piss Poor Management.
This is not something we usually do but this was an absolutely terrible stay. The workers were all ok and service was acceptable. The problem we had was the room. Apparently there was a flood at one point in our room and the laminate flooring was coming up all over the room causing us to trip and get cuts on our toes. We stayed one night due to being at a funeral all day but canceled the remainder of our stay immediately. The staff was very understanding and even tried to find us another room butnat this point we did not have very much faith in this property. All I can say is shame on the management anf the owners of this property. I will never book another Days Inn again.
