Staff were very friendly. The bath had melted wax on the side still from previous guest so worried us about it not being cleaned. Limited breakfast selection in the 'free breakfast provided' but Harrah is right across the street.

The property is clean and updated. Large rooms and a decent breakfast that is left out until about 10am or 10:30am. That was nice. It's very close to Harrah's Cherokee Casino hotel, but not as busy or congested. Really enjoyed our stay.

The coffee was terrible. The staff barely spoke after check in, The "breakfast " was very limited. The tv stations were horrible. The rooms were very clean. The mattress and pillows were horrible.

Very convenient location. Walking distance to the casino without being overpriced. Shuttle option to the casino every hour also.Staff was professional and very nice. We'll be staying here again.

Stayed 2 nights and couldn’t sleep because heater sounded like a Mac truck was in the room. There are hardly any outlets to charge your electronics. Needs to be updated!!! Toilets were ridiculously low and the grab bar didn’t help because of its location! Free breakfast was just continental. One good note, it was located 1/2 mile from the casino and check in was easy.

The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Check in was fast and easy. The room was cozy, and the hotel was right across the street from the casino. Even still, they do have a shuttle bus every hour in case of bad weather. Great place to stay.

The room to our door opened directly into the parking lot. It was noisy and unsafe. There was a water stain that covered 3/4 of the ceiling, the room had a terrible odor. Cigarette burns stains in multiple places on comforter. Pillows were old and lumpy- unusable. Looks nothing like pictures. The shuttle to the casino was out of service. There was no refund option. Expedia nor hotel could/would help. Very disappointing.

When you book with a 3rd party you are bound by the 3rd party policies. You went an inspected the room before you checked in and said the room was good. I know you wanted an interior room and was upset because we were all sold out of the interior rooms. The room that you were in was recently remodeled and most people enjoy staying in them. We are sorry that this was not your experience. Thanks again for staying with us, we truly appreciate it.
