외부나 리모델링만 신경쓴듯, 가격대비 아쉬움
일단 예약 당시 본 사진과 방의 컨디션이 전혀 달랐고, 티비랑 컴퓨터 화면 연결에 대해 물으려고 했으나 전화선이 뽑혀 있었습니다. 전화선을 연결해서 겨우 프론트로 전화를 걸었으나 잘 들리지 않는다고 하셔서 결국 방에 찾아와서 해결해주셨습니다. 예약 시에는 조식 포함이라고 적혀있어서 물었더니 여직원분이 다소 차가운 어투로 주말은 조식없다고 답하셨습니다. 벽지는 누렇거나 비샌 자국이 있는데 방치되어 있었고, 서랍을 열어보니 앞전 숙박객이 남기고 간 쓰레기가 그대로 있었습니다. 곳곳이 확인하여 청소하지 않으시는 것 같아요. 욕조도 사용하기 전에 불안해서 한 번 씻고 사용했습니다. 티비와 컴퓨터가 있다는 점을 제외하고는 예전에 이태원에서 1/3 가격에 묵었던 비즈니스급 호텔이 훨씬 좋았습니다…크게 불편하진 않았으나 가격대비 아쉬움이 큰편입니다. 주차장은 넓은 편이라 괜찮았어요. 다만 주변에 유흥가로 이루어져 있습니다.

좋았지만 조금 아쉬웠던...
전반적으로 시설은 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 의류관리기도 있었고 상당히 깨끗했어요. 그런데 4인실인데 더블침대 한개, 싱글침대 한개라 실망이었습니다. 조식은 먹지도 않을테지만 주말에는 적용 안된다는데 예약할때는 그런 안내가 없었던게 아쉽네요.

도대체 뭐가 어디가 럭셔리 룸이라는거죠? 신라스테이 이용하는데 당일 코로나 확진자 나왔다고 캔슬되어서 급하게 예약하고 들어갔어요 아이가 있기 때문에 늘 숙소에 예민하고 혹여나 모텔 느낌이 날까봐 선택한건데 익스피디아는 어떠한 결과로 매우좋음으로 올려 놓았는지 모르겠어요 대실하고 쓰레기통만 치우고 방을 놓으셨는지 모르겠습니다만 침구에 머리카락 립스틱 자국 바닥에 견과류같은 컴퓨터 테이블에 고춧가루 자국 욕실만 청소한다고 치운게 아니에요 그리고 디퓨져 향이 너무 진해서 욕실에 옮겨 놓았어요 디퓨저 스틱 좀 교체하시구요 이동하는 도중에 먼지 흩날려요 늦게 체크인 해서 어쩔수 없이 나오긴 했지만 숙박업소 모여있는곳에서 운영하시는데 신경좀 쓰세요 가장 기본적인 거에요 숙박비가 이렇게 아까워보기는 처음이에요 신라보다 비싼 가격 지불하고 너무 어이없었어요
