Nice hotel. But needs a lot of improvement.
A very comfortable room, but lot of mosquitoes which creates a lot of disturbance...
The inroom dining menu is elaborate but the staff are not ready to take order as they clearly refuse to take any order....
Dirty bathroom.. Not cleaned properly. No bathroom mat.. No security in the night and mediocore breakfast. Room window knob was broken and I couldn't close the window properly. Access card didn't work late in the night and I had t go back to the lobby manager who was sleeping behind the desk.
Very rude staff
No hotel restaurant was open at 10:15pm. Neither room service.
No help for mobile charger etc. Even mediocre hotels provide mobile chargers to guests.
large comfortable rooms, House Keeping should improve,lots of mosquitoes in the room .Quality of food & service standard need improvements. Lots of noise from the floor above due to shifting of furniture etc.

Location was suitable for my purpose of U.S Visa interview. The transportation arrangements were proper. Had some difficulty getting the room on arrival as it was morning time even though they already had the information about the time of arrival. This was sorted out soon. The condition of the room leaves a lot to be desired. The faucet was leaking all over the bathroom. Room service was good. Overall, good hotel.
I was here for weekend. Overall experience was good . But, I felt that they could improve on room service and provide orders early rather than an hour late.
I reached the hotel early morning and inspite of informing the day before i will reach early i was made to wait for 45 minutes. Next problem was with the WIFI which was not working but the IT staff was so fast and helped to browse the net with the LAN which saved my day. Generally the service is so poor, just to get a bottle of water i had to call 3-4 times and i got it after 45 min and so is the room cleaning which took like 2 calls to get them to the clean the room.
Stay was great, Breakfast was average and room was comfortable. Hotel is close to TNagar Shopping area.

disturbing noise
it was unpleasant as the kitchen or restaurant was on 4th floor and I was on 3rd a lot of table and chairs dragging movement and pots and pans dropping was annoying and disturbing even at night.
A good budget hotel for short stay. Service is prompt & food quality is above average, wish had a good minibar though. King bed is basically 2 single beds attached, which makes it slightly uncomfortable. Tap was not working so had to call maintenance guy. It was fixed promptly.
the rooms was a little small but cleaniness and ovarall aspect of the hotel was good for travellers like us. The buffet was also good and well located in the 4th. floor . good facilities for private as well as family or corporate sittings.
Hotel room, service and facilities were excellent..;staff extremely polite and smiling. only the surrounding of hotel was not good.. stay was more than satisfactory...excellent.
In a hurry, I left my Ring in the room while checking out....Did not receive any call from the management and later when I checked...they flatly refused. IRIS in Chennai...Never again!!...During the stay on 3rd floor, could not sleep at all since some renovation work was happening on 4th flr. Had to get it stopped at 3am. Later at 5.30pm some machine started working right above my room again and that was the end of my sleep.
Comfy bed, great breakfast and vert clean. What more could you ask for. Staff always tried to help, though language barriers made it challenging at times. Would definitely recommed.
This was our first stay in India. Hotel is new and fresh. Staff very friendly and keen to please. Service was good and helpful when needed. Very affordable in the middle range. As it was new taxi drivers had a bit of a hard time locating but easily overcame this by mentioning a close by landmark. No hesitation in recommending to others.
I stayed at this hotel and did like it. It was a comfortable room. The only issue was, when I asked the hotel service to bring a tablet for headache, it took over 2 hours to buy just 5 tablets.
