Room was dirty, stinking and full of mosquitos. beds were stainfull

Hotel has a private beach which is the only good thing. Location- it is very far from the main city center (15Km). Rooms- even the premium rooms are not well maintained. No amenties for the price they are charging.Rooms need renovation. Food- if you prefer north Indian food, this is isnt the place for you. room service is available only till 10:30PM. As this hotel is on ECR you wont get food nearby, need to travel atleast 10 KM to even find a Dominos. Not value for money.

Thank you for your feedback, sir. We apologise for the inconvenience caused during your stay. We couldn't meet up your expectations that day since we were busy with back to back check-ins. We always give our best to our customers inspite of all the rush. We have changed our Chef after you had mentioned. Now we have extended our room service to 1 pm as well. We are planning to hire more service guys to provide 24 hr room service. Please do visit us again and we will make sure you have a much better experience.
