The location is excellent for temple visit, and the staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms have a musty/moldy smell, though linen was fresh and bathrooms were clean. There was sofa in the room which was very dirty, and I was worried there is mold! The room would have looked better and would have been more functional without the sofa! Less is more when it comes to furniture in a small hotel room - what is more important is cleanliness! I might not stay here again due to the cleanliness issue, though the staff and location were excellent.

Room is spacious, however lots of stains in many places. Restaurant food is horrible. Also my car's wheel cups were stolen when parked in hotel premises

The air conditioning in the lobby is not turned on. Stuffy and steamy by the lobby area. Restaurant is poor and staff are not trained in hygiene, level of customer service. For example, the server was coughing and was not wearing a mask. Room was average and amenities like soaps, and shampoos were below par. Food was very average. They need a significant upgrade in service levels.

This property used to have clean rooms.. Being a star property, this property should take more care in cleanliness. The room that we got were dirty with stains on the walls everywhere and the sheets also had stains in them. Highly uncomfortable pillows and bed. Some smaller pillows looked like they haven't seen the insides of a laundry machine in ages.
