Nice area. Parking was not quite as convenient as possible. Staff could have been a tad clearer on the options. The first day I arrived, the front door was not working so had to enter through kitchen door. (One of the elevators was also being repaired.)

From the staff to the room, everything was great. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The room was clean. Location is great to walk around the city. I would definitely stay here again.

The room had a few things in need of repair. The AC unit didnt seem to be cooling the room properly and it is aggressively loud even on the lowest fan setting. The shower head was in disrepair so the water was coming out the side and getting everywhere on the floor. Upon entering the room, it had a smell. I can only describe it as a mildew scent. All three of us became congested and started coughing after a few hours in the room. The countertops were dusty. Overall not a comfortable stay or sleep. We will not be trying this hotel again. But I do want to say the staff was pleasant and informative upon arrival.

Overall good hotel. There was only one elevator working at the time which was an inconvenience. The serving staff at the restaurant were not friendly. The front desk staff was nice. The room was comfortable, clean, and felt cozy.

Sub par for the price
It was unusually cold in Chattanooga during my stay, but my room would not warm to a reasonable temperature. I finally set the thermostat to 80 and managed to get the room up to about 68. Parking situation also is less than ideal. Rooms are modern and nice. There is no complimentary breakfast, and the on site "restaurant" is pricey for ho-hum food. Staff was nice, but I'll stay elsewhere next time.

This is my second time staying with Hotel Indigo in Chattanooga, the staff is helpful and kind! They are dog friendly which is amazing!! The hotel is beautiful and clean, they have a restaurant and bar which has good food and awesome bartenders. Will always stay with them when traveling here.

Good property, nice sized room but sliding shower doors in bathroom did not close. Very inconvenient and created unsafe bathing situation.

Frist Class treament
wonderful stay with great reception though the workers could have smile more. There was a terrible rain storm and while my spouse waited at the bar awaiting my return from dropping off a friend at her hotel the bar tender treated her to a glass of bubbly.
