"The room needed a cap on the cold water spigot, the vent louver in the shower had a broken slat, there were scuff marks at the bottom of the tub on the bottom outside next to the towel rack. The check-in receptionist accidentally charged me two $100 fees and I brought it to her attention and she said she would immediately credit one of the charges and the other one, if there were no incidental charges which there were not, would be refunded after check-out. The amenities in the shower on the wall need the tops need cleaned or replaced.
I asked the person on the desk Sunday morning to please email me a receipt. He evidently didn't write my email down correctly as I have not received a copy of my bill but the charge on my credit card was charged immediately. I would still like a copy of my bill for Friday, Sept. 26th - Sunday Sept. 28th. I sure received this survey to my email so it should have been on file.
I will commend DeMarco and his Valet Team for excellent customer service. He is an asset to your Hotel.
