We were there for 2 nights and never had a working toilet and the shower did not drain. We contacted the front desk friday PM before we left for a concert and told them the toilet would not flush and they said they would get it taken care of. We came back late that night and it still did not work. This is when we discovered that the shower also did not drain. We told them again Sat morning on our way out and they said it would be fixed. We came back Sat PM and nothing was fixed. No one came in to clean Sat either, as towels were still in the floor where I left them that morning to be traded out. VERY disappointed in the overall situation. We will be contacting corporate for a refund.

The room we had was not well cleaned and the bathroom ceiling and wall looked like it had mold on it. There were several young ball players staying there with their parents and coaches and many were running up and down the halls yells and a dog was barking in the hall.

Staff was overwhelmed at check in with so many checking in at one time due to a local Football tournament and breakfast there was only one person trying to do it all and handled herself well for having rude guests due to not being able to get to different needs as quuck as they would like. I reserved a 2 rooms to be joined with expedia and something happened and my rooms had to be separated by about 30 rooms.

Window cracked in room. Door closer to door leading outside was broken so door would slam shut. Outside door not locked at night so no code needed entered to enter hotel. Ice machine not working on first floor. Door keys constantly needed reprogrammed.

The room was not fully prepared. Missing items like drinking glasses and shampoo. The front desk was unable to solve some of this as they did not have access to cleaning supplies. It's the little things that indicate this facility is lacking management and seems to be on a downward slide. For the price I don’t expect to have to run these type of items down.

I can't give a complete review as there were bad storms and issues beyond the hotel's control the weekend I stayed. There was a water main break and so we had no towels in our rooms because they couldn't be washed until later. We had to request them after check-in. There were supplies not available, as there were no deliveries due to storm issues. The breakfast was super crowded from start to finish, didn't even try.

Clean but shabby. Grill is definitelyy intended for people watching sorts/playing pool, etc. Very limited menu. Conveniently located. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Bathroom tiny , shower curtain was dirty . Smelled like smoke . They ran out of toilet paper . Staff cleaning was just in T-shirt and jeans . Staff was nice but just wasn’t my. Up of tea. We left after we came back from dinner and went to another hotel so we paid for two hotels tonight .

Everything was as it should be. Appreciate the fridge and microwave. Secondary entries need work (d door is completely broken). And hall carpets need replacing. Room was great though the stuffed chair is very dated.

Room was not up-to-date it wasn’t clean the air conditioner had no knobs like someone ripped them off the TV flickered and didn’t work mind you me and my fiancé paid $150 for one night in a king size room. The breakfast was overcooked and the front desk service when checking out was very aggravating, asked for a late check out and the front desk woman wasn’t very friendly at all, rolled her eyes and had an attitude had one towel in my room. When I asked housekeeping for another one they made it out to be like they were super limited super shortstaffed it was a fight just to get an extra towel $150 a night was not worth it. It had the same quality, as if we were staying in the red roof Inn or Motel 6

Loved the breakfast, it was very nice that they served the hot food and had 2 waffle makers. It is just a dated hotel and needs updated, it was as clean as it could be for a dated facility.

Bed hadn't been changed. The bed was made but with used sheets. I always check the beds for bed bugs etc an upon checking I spotted what looked like an one would assume is pubic hairs all in the bed an stains. They came an. Hamged it but did not have clean blankets to provide only a sheet and pillow cases. Thankfully we had brought a few throw blankets with us.

there was so meny kids there and they were. loud there was no qay to get into the dining area for breakfast because it was so full with kids again today i couldnt hear the lady qhile trying to check in because of all the noise was unabke to use the pool and it does not say on their site they have filled the hot tub in with dirt over all for 182.00 it was terrible

back door that was next to our room had lost its device so it SLAMMED so hard our room trembled. It happened repeatedly and I thought perhaps someone was blasting in the parking lot but when I went to the desk to check out whether we were in a potentially hazardous situation the staff knew nothing about it. The next morning when loading out the car, I realized what it was and reported it to the desk. The Handyman was also sitting at the desk drinking coffee and he shrugged it off as he knew it wasn't working

There was a roach crawling on the tv shortly after our arrival. The room was non smoking but had a heavy cigarette smell. The shower and breakfast were exceptional so it was a bittersweet visit but I don’t think we’ll be returning.
