I was very excited about the location however the property is in disrepair. Only 1 of 3 elevators worked. I had no hot water my entire stay after calling customer service was offered a refund. Just sad nobody could get water fixed and did not offer any help until I called corporate number. Not fun having no bath for 2 days. There was no coffee and no food either as they had run out. I believe just understaffed.

The elevator (the only one working) looked a little sketchy, in the bathroom the water took a very long time to get hot, the handle on the tub was falling off and it was hooked up backwards. The hot was cold and the cold was hot. Other than that everything else was nice, staff was very friendly

When we checked in at 9pm we were told we would have to wait until our room was cleaned even though we had already paid prior to our arrival. Once we made it to our room, the beds linens were filthy. We found hair, bloody spots and black specs all over both beds. When we asked if we could have fresh linens, we were told they were out. It wasn't until we talked to a house keeper that our request for linens was granted. Our experience so far has not been a good one.

The property itself was nice. Our room was great except the door number was missing (room 420). The issue was the first room we were given was occupied. This was not fun when it’s already 11pm and I just want to sleep. When I went to get a new room the guy processed a second reservation which, even tho they refunded it, it held up $100 of my vacation money.

Overall it was a good experience. I had read about the elevators and although we didn’t experience long wait times they were a bit of a needed upgrade. It was noisy with sirens and someone decided to honk their horn in the parking lot for 30 minutes at 5:30am. Would definitely stay again but again noisy then where we usually stay.

great location and great price. the only gripe would be the cleanliness of the bathtub: it wasn't horrible, but it wasn't spotless. a little soap grime that was unpleasant after a long flight and needing a hot bath to soak in.

Needs updated and worked on. 1 out of three elevators worked. Not a great neighborhood. If there is an event at the Clay Center, patrons of this event use the hotel parking lot, leaving little parking for guests.

Let’s start with the elevator was absolutely disgusting it had spilled sticky stuff on the floor didn’t look like it had been cleaned in years. Out bathroom walls were falling off maybe a previous water leak that never got fixed. The counter had stuff on it. Shower rack was hanging on by a thread. Not impressed at all.

The staff was extremely friendly and offered great advise and listened and took immediate action if I had any questions, the rooms were extremely large and clean and offered a microwave and refregerator and the daily breakfast was so good with both hot and cold foods and great variety

Comfortable Beds!!!
First off I want to thank the front desk lady last night for her help and her contacting her GM to help the situation we were in. You are the reason we most definitely will be coming back for a weekend stay in the near future. The service is excellent. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows as well. The bathroom was very clean. The view out the window of the city was good as well. I highly recommend this place. My one and only complaint is breakfast the eggs were cold and the sausage was a bit rubbery. Lastly no cream cheese for the bagels and no fresh fruit. I have been to other Best Westerns and breakfast at the other ones were better. Just need to step it up a small notch. Other than that it was great

Great place to stay just needs better service
It’s a great place to stay at but I wish there was more than two towels provided at first I asked the Lady for more towels for the first 3 nights at the front desk she couldn’t get them but the next couple days the other people could There should be more towels provided and more than just 2 rolls of toilet paper key card had to be re activated for some weird reason. Room service only cleans early in the morning and check out is at 11 not 12 which says on hotels.com

Nice place. Great location. There were a few flaws, such as with the toilet and some water temperature inconsistency. But an amazing value overall.
