I have buffet include at my stay My room number 524. On 19 th May I invited my three person guest and we are two for buffet dinner. At 9 pm went dinning room we have very bad and poor experience. When we start buffet most of the buffet item is empty or very less food. Ask them please fill up item food. But they take very slow process to fill up item. How long you can wait to get food when the management. Has slow process to fill up item of food. Not only our people most of people at dinning hall have same problem But I speak out about problem finally we can not eat properly. We paid each buffet charge rs 2000 and tax per person Taj hotel is pride of India. Really sweet way to cheat people intentionally so can consume less food but when I went for buffet 20 th May. Only we are two. Really some change at buffet scenario is improve item pot is full and supply of food is quick
Absolutely loved this property, Staff is just amazing, very welcoming and felt like at home while we were there. Definitely recommend to everyone, who’s looking for luxurious and safe hotel experience. Dining, restaurants, swimming pool, and spa loved it all. Definitely coming back whenever visiting chandigarh.

Mini bar was empty ( although I don’t drink alcohol ) but cold water in the fridge would have been nice.

Fully enjoyed my stay for one night at Taj Chandigarh. Hotel was very clean and a nice size room. The breakfast buffet was superb, and I was good for the rest of the day after that.
Yogesh in travel services was particularly helpful to me, answering all my inquiries in a thorough and professional manner.
Spent 4 nights recently for a conference. Excellent service from reception staff Utsav, sayan and Harkaran, and bellboy Harish. Room was functional without being flashy, everything worked. Breakfast was excellent. Location very good , close to Sec 17 market.
The staff displayed exceptional friendliness and assistance. Our needs were thoroughly attended to. During our checkout, Rohit went the extra mile by assisting with our luggage loading into the car.
We enjoyed our one night stay at the Taj in sector 17. Our room was spacious, and the reception area welcoming.
Our standout positive feature has to be the Indian restaurant. We would recommend it highly.

Rooms where we stayed not up to five star. No toothpaste no sleepers. Iron missing. Leaky and noisy taps and mattresses have seen better days

Stay at the Hyatt. I usually do and will be doing so again. Awful check in, failed wake up, limited food and obscene taxi rates ( over 10x) . Can do better
