I love this property and definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay! The decor was amazing and the staff were very knowledgeable and attentive to my requests. The restaurant staff were more than willing to adjust the seasoning to my tolerance (lower heat) lol.

Everyone at this location, from the luggage attendants, front staff, housekeeping, waiters/waitresses and room service staff were all friendly, greeting us with beautiful smiles every time, and made my husband and I feel very welcomed during our stay. The room was beautiful and clean, we slept well on that amazing mattress and enjoyed the overhead rainfall showerhead. The big screen smart tv made the experience even better. The restaurants were great and we loved the breakfast buffet - all service staff care for you properly, even when the restaurant is busy. This hotel is highly recommended by me and I will definitely be coming here every time I visit Chandigarh. Keep up the work, you have a wonderful team there!

The staff are exceptional - courteous, friendly, respectful, professional. Each and every person made me feel welcome - whether it was Krishna at concierge, or Amrita, Nikita or Shorya at the front desk, or Ravikant who was one of the cleaners on my floor. At breakfast, again, the staff are very well trained. Chefs Pappu and Amit checked up on each diner every day to make sure that the food was to their liking. The wait staff anticipated our needs, bringing coffee and fresh paranthas to our table. A big shout-out to Om, Deshraj and Rajat - 3 of the amazing servers who made breakfast a delight. There are so many other staff that I would like to thank, but unfortunately, I don't have or recall their names. However, it doesn't mean that they in any way offered a subpar service - they were all exceptional, and it is because of their high level of service that guests can overlook minor irritations, such as the hallways not always being vacuumed.

Honestly, this is probably an okay hotel you probably could get in Chandigarh I won’t say it’s crazy good but it’s okay rooms are a little outdated should work on remodeling for sure it’s safeguards at night service is okay had to call multiple times on certain request to get things done properly. We also had 9 month baby with us which staff in buffet was extremely helpful like holding the baby playing with it so my son doesn’t cry by best experience was with lady who cleans room and staff in buffet are great people !

Very surprised how bare bones this JW Marriott was. The staff, especially at the main restaurant were very helpful. But the state of the room was not great. The shower tub hwas in a state of needing repair. The hair dryer did not work.
