The staff were amazing, very helpful, and accommodating. The spa was great after a day of skiing. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great hotel in a quiet town.

Book It!!!!
From arrival to departure all the staff were so attentive and friendly. We didnt need for anything as the hotel and area offered so much. Our second time there, and many more antisipated. They even provided dog bowls and tennis balls for our dogs that were also staying. Not cheap, but you get a 5 star service!

Perfect hotel
Fantastic hotel in every aspect: the location and views (definitely get a room facing the mountains!), the staff, the decor and its condition, the pool and spa; absolutely great.

Spa is outstanding, views are beautiful, staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast service was a bit lacking, since we weren’t offered a hot beverage and the buffet never got restocked when it ran out of some items, but this is a small issue compared to everything that went impeccable throughout our stay. Must mention the spa again since it is really state of the art, and with gorgeous mountain views. Overall an excellent experience. Thank you and will be back again!!

Unbelievable Scenic Vistas
Great Hotel outside of Montreux. The hotel was impeccable. Room was spacious and modern. The breakfast balcony view was probably the best in Switzerland.

Excellent experience, excellent friendly staff will help you with almost everything you need, good breakfasts, free transfers from the hotel, excellent spa facilities! If you'd like to try nice cocktail - try Kir or Kir Royal ;-))

Great Small Hotel
Very nice hotel, professionally run but with a nice family hotel feel about it. Very comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast. Staff also very attentive and friendly. If you are a smoker they also have a very nice separate room where you can smoke without having to stand outside. Bar closes at 10.00 PM. :-( 11.00 would be nicer :-)

Die Unterkunft selber und der Spar Bereich Ware einfach nur Top . Allerdings ist die Umgebung so lala . Man kann nicht essen dann wann man möchte , da die Lokale sehr merkwürdig Öffnungszeiten haben . Abends ist man gezwungen sofort ins Hotel zu gehen , da alles schon um 22 Uhr schließt und man keine Möglichkeit hat was zu unternehmen.

Un week-end en famille dans la suite avec vue sur montagne. Chambre spacieuse et bien éuipée, un spa avec bains chauds à remous qui permettent une bonne détente après une journée de ski!

Fabuleux hôtel boutique avec vues imprenables sur les dents du midi et les dents blanches. Design, propreté et confort de chambre dignes de 5*. Espace wellness et piscine à débordement parfait pour de relaxer, et comme il n’y a que peu de chambres et suites, c’est toujours très calme et reposant. Petit déjeuner complet et excellent. Service et personnel discrets, très courtois et professionnels.

Séjour unique! Hôtel restauré mais qui a gardé l’âme de l’ancienne demeure! Le personnel est aux petits soin avec la clientèle. 12 chambres donc pas la foule pour le petit déjeuné qui est tres copieux. La chambre 103 avec balcon et vue sur les dents du midi. Elle est hyper spacieuse et confortable. La literie est juste magnifique! L’espace piscine est vraiment top aussi! Je le recommande a 100%

Une très bonne adresse
Petit déjeuner excellent et très varié pris dans une très jolie véranda avec vue sur la montagne, grande chambre très confortable et salle de bain spacieuse, jolie déco, personnel très attentionné et spa idéal pour les retours de marche où les jours de pluie. Nous reviendrons volontiers!

Will not be, what you expect. Not COVID safe.
Hotel without love. Room is missing furniture and needs update. Corona Virus safety measures were not met. Staff wearing no masks and taking the tiny elevator with guests. Overpriced and wants to more than it really is. Don’t get turned on by the pictures.

Schönes Hotel an schöner Lage
Schönes und sauberes Hotel. Untergebracht in einem alten Haus, aber komplett modernisiert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch mit dem Service, der Freundlichkeit der Angestellten und dem Frühstück waren wir sehr zufrieden. Kann das Hotel problemlos weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren eine Nacht im Hotel National Resort & Spa und haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Dank einem Upgrade hatten wir ein sehr grosses, modernes und trotzdem gemütliches Zimmer. Das Bett war sehr gross und extrem bequem. Das Spa ist klein und fein und perfekt für eine kleine Auszeit. Die gemütlich/elegante Bar verfügt über eine grosse Auswahl an Getränken/Drinks. Das Frühstücksbuffet liess keine Wünsche offen (zB frisch gepresster Orangensaft, Lachs, diverse Brote). Wir kommen sicher wieder einmal.
