Also I noticed some maintenance flaws in bathroom sink (water did not drain properly, kind if stuck), and toilet water appeared to be running all day long. Other than that my stay with the family was great, service was excellent and staff couldn't be better. "

"My stay at Sercotel was good. The hotel is in a very nice area and convenient to the Metro. The bathroom/shower needs to be updated, but was fine. The air conditioner worked perfectly which is important to me! And the breakfast was great -- lots of fresh fruit!"
