"A nice charming grand hotel right next to the train station and the bus terminal, easy to go visiting Eguisheim, Riquewihr, etc. It is a 10-min walking to the Colmar old town. Hotel staff was frinedly, the room was clean."
"This lovely hotel has a great location in the old town of Colmar. The nearest parking is 300m away. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. I will definitely come back."
"Hotel has apartment style rooms on the top floor with Velux windows and a small kitchenette, making it possible to have a self-sufficient stay if desired. We only stayed one night and therefore had B&B which was fine."
"For a budget hotel it was good. Bed was comfy and room was clean.
Reception staff at check in was great, at checkout the other girl was not very polite.
My room being right outside the elevator and against the street was very noisy. I slept with ear plugs.
I think the price is a bit expensive for what it is. "
"The bath tub shower combo was a little bit too difficult for me to use safely - grab bars would have been nice. Everything else was spectacular - especially the restaurant."
"Good garage, quiet location and decent restaurant (for the evening meal). Friendly staff. Place is a bit old but clean and well maintained. Room was large."
"We loved staying at this property. The hotel common areas and rooms are beautiful and the staff is very helpful. Fresh bottles of water are delivered daily. The hotel lobby is lovely and having 2 Michelin star JYS in the building was a bonus. Proximity to old town was perfect. Close enough to walk daily without being in the middle of the crowds. "
"We stayed here for one night en route back from Italy. Hotel is situated within easy reach of the main road and there are some facilities within walking distance for food.
There is plenty of parking onsite.
The hotel and room was clean and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the shower good. There was shower gel and handwash provided.
Breakfast was included and there were adequate options to choose from on a help yourself basis."
"This hotel was wonderful! It's a few blocks away from the old city, the staff was super friendly, the room was spacious. I would stay here again without a doubt "

"There was an odd smell all over the building like middle eastern food. Other than that. It was great. The desk managers were very, very helpful and knowledgeable. "

"Automated check-in works, but there are also friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable, and the price/quality ratio is good. Breakfast is pretty basic and pre-cutting the loaves means they can be a little stale"

"Property and rooms/employees all excellent.
Surrounding area under construction and a carnival active across the street.
These problems hopefully will clear up soon."

"What a lovely four-star hotel at a two/three-star price. 50 steps from Colmar Railway station, and about 15 minutes walk from Little Venice and Vieux Colmar. Big comfortsble rooms and beds, fantastic breakfast buffet, and good service."

"The hotel is in an excellent location for travel in and out of Basel Bahnhof, and walking around central Basel. Service and the buffet breakfast are both very good. I had a cosy single room with thick window glazing to block most noise from the street below. I did not experience internal noise from other guests and slept well. The choice of eating options at the hotel and in it’s immediate vicinity is limited but there are great cafes and restaurants a short tram ride or a 10 minute away."

"Great customer service . Arrived early at the hotel as the flight was early , had to be ready for 15:40 for a wedding the check in was at 15:00 so they agreed for us do check in at 1300 which was great and allowed us to get ready and not rush . Alex was brilliant at reception very helpful . Also a young lady with dark hair couldn’t get her name wrote down details of the trams and stations we needed to stop which was on point and hustle free . Breakfast was good and loads of item to chose from . Would definitely stay here again and would also recommend this hotel . "
