"This is a scam and I’m totally disappointed in Hotels.com. When we got to the hotel, the manager said they don’t work directly with Hotels.com and that they did not receive any confirmation. They refused to let us spend the night. I called Hotels.com to inform them and they have refused to process my refund. In addition, the pictures in Hotels.com is nothing at all like the actual place. The place is horrible. Those pictures in Hotels.com are fake pictures. Please stop using Hotels.com. Run as...

"I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor. The staff saw this but didn't say anything to them. There was one night where they came back to the room at 1:30am and wouldn't talk softly at all. That woke me up and I couldn't fall back asleep. Just a terrible experience overall."

"My Dad and I booked a once in a life time trip to India, once we arrived at the apartment at 1am there was no one there to check us in.
