"The room and general areas INSIDE the hotel were fine. The exterior was filthy - garbage in the drive up and surrounding areas. It was entirely unappealing with sketchy looking folks loitering on curbs and other outdoor areas. I know it is near the hospital and that convenience is a plus, but the hotel needs to do a better job of monitoring the outside area. Not up to Hilton standards for sure. "
