"when I entered the hotel first day I smelled strong kerosine odour which is normally used to kill the bugs but they lied to tell me that they are painting the rooms . Twice complained . The room a/c is old . Hotel in crowded place so lot of noise , its not their fault . "

The only complaint I had was the bed sheets, they looked as if they had not been changed from last person. I may be wrong but it sort of made me concerned. "This by far is my favourite hostal in India. The beds are so comfy, the showers have hot water all the time, and the staff are constantly cleaning! The kitchen is very well equipped which was great, and the staff were so, so lovely and kind, and go out of their way to help you. Priya the owner, takes such pride in the hostal and that’s why the space is so beautiful. Great hostal if you want a good rest, in a great location, and also if you want to socialise there are nice common areas to meet...

"I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor. The staff saw this but didn't say anything to them. There was one night where they came back to the room at 1:30am and wouldn't talk softly at all. That woke me up and I couldn't fall back asleep. Just a terrible experience overall."

"My Dad and I booked a once in a life time trip to India, once we arrived at the apartment at 1am there was no one there to check us in. Before travelling I was advised to contact the care taker who would let us in, i called and called (as well as reception) and no one answered Leading to us having to check in to an alternative hotel for the night. I am still fighting for a refund for the first night... I wouldnt call the apartments serviced, as it would only 'serviced' the first two days out of...
